Posizione. Colazione con ottimo caffè. Basica ma buona. Un po' vecchio ma sembra lo standard in queste zone se non vai in un 5 stelle.

Just by the entrance. So I went up to swim twice. In cleopatra pool.. as we arrived before 6pm and before leaving in the morning. Breakfast is minimal but nice. If like us you want a place to stay for a night or two is a lovely place. Staff are kind and carried our luggage upstairs, rooms were clean and good air-conditioning with a balcony with view. Could see the balloons from our balcony at 5am.
The room are small but practical, would be nice to have a little extra table. Also, there is a little swimming pool next door but they charge you. Would be nice if hotel could do a deal with them for their guests with children.
we ended up with a room with a balcony which was great, with great view. modern room and great breakfast. friendly staff
terrible internet lots of narrow stairs
Breakfast was well catered and their service was excellent. Staff were willing to help in anyway. Balcony was great though small to sit on. We were very close to attractions and services.
Only had stair access to upper rooms which meant bags had to be carried. Owners were very accomodating to help though.

This hotel was in such a beautiful location. The view from the terrace was insane. The staff were so friendly , helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were pristine. Best place we have stayed in Turkey. Thank you so much!

Great location, very nice view from the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable., and the staff was very helpful in arranging transport for us.
The rooms are very small (and we are not large people!) We had to get chairs from the hall to put up our suitcases to make room. I would stay here again but would opt for a larger room.
I proprietari dell hotel sono stati molto ospitali e gentili,ci hanno permesso di effettuare molte ore prima il check in ed entrare nella nostra camera, abbiamo anticipato la colazione non avendo potuto usufruire il giorno dopo,vista la partenza programmata in mattinata presto.
Migliorerei la pulizia della stanza e aggiungerei una base d'appoggio.
Anche la colazione,molto minimal.
Comunque per la posizione è ottima

The hotel is good, well located facing the travertine pools in Pamukkale. It is also very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and attentive.
There are quite a lot of stairs to access the rooms. Although the staff helped us with our luggage, there were still three flights of stairs, and the staircase does not feel very safe as the floor is quite slippery. If you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage, it is better to request a lower floor.
The room and the twin beds are quite small for two people, and there is no proper furniture to place or organize luggage, which made things a bit inconvenient.
The location. In the room balcony we can see the hot air balloon flying over, we were very excited.
