Ashamed, to have spent a night there.
Pros:

Simply does not match the cost. Do want to say much.

Cons:

everything. The name Hotel should be removed and perhaps calla motel instead. Or completely change the name to something else. I felt ashamed to be honest.

Not an Hotel building of multiple occupation
Pros:

Nothing, dirty, smelly, unsafe property that is not an hotel, reception is a ring door bell camera, lock to bedroom is flimsy, mattress dirty, carpets sticky.
Access poor. Steep steps to entrance and steep stairs to rooms.
Smoke alarm beeping assumed batteries have worn out
No onsite presence
Very surprised that it is advertised on booking .com

Absolutely not what you think!

Nothing, this hotel is misleading from the images and not what you think!

The hotel advertises as a 4 star, with images that look like a decent place.

This was a last minute booking I made as an emergency so I didn’t check the reviews prior to booking, first big mistake.

On arrival, self check in, air bnb style, the whole place smelt of cigarettes and sweat. The room was dirty, the bedding was filthy with holes and rips, the walls had holes in them from what appeared like punch marks and there was empty condom wrappers on the floor next to the bed. We left straight away and didn’t stay and went elsewhere (thankfully we found somewhere). I contacted the management with the issues requesting a refund and I have been completely ignored even though I can see they accessed my messages and read them at 1320 today.

This place is clearly a place used for ‘daytime’ work.

Do your research before booking this place.

Everything it was spotless and beds was comfortable and clean and staff was friendly

Cons:

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling but that's about it

Would never go back.
Cons:

The bed was broken.
The room was not clean, bathroom not clean.
Very little toilet roll left in the bathroom, which took a while to be resolved.
The TV did not work.

I booked the room for my son. The window was broken, and the door didn't lock. The chest of drawers where broken there was marks on stuff he didn't stay more than 2 hours
