A special thank you to Katrina for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. She was incredibly helpful and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Her excellent customer service made a memorable experience even better.

The only suggestion I would make is to improve the food quality and variety, as I believe the dining experience could better match the excellent standard of the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team!
