المكان زين والغرفه لاباس بها

الموظفه الي بالاستقبال ماعرف اسمها بس تلبس احمر ومن جنسيه مغربيه او لبنانيه ماني متاكده للاسف سيئه جداً بتعامل ولا عندها اي احترافيه انا في غرفه في طابق وامي في غرفه طابق اعلى وطلبت منها تفتح لي الالفيتر لطابق امي رفضت وقتها بيدي طفل رضيع وبنات صغار ولا كان في اي مساعده طلبت منها وقلتلها انا مقيمه بالفندق احتاج فقط مساعده اطلع لطابق فقط!! قالت قوانين الفندق وماقدر اساعدك الاستقبال الباقي كلهم متعاونين وجيدين هذا شي يخليني اكره التجربه وانصح ان محد يجربها لان عندي تعامل وخدمة الموظفين لزوار اهم بكثير من المكان نفسه 👍🏻
