There was no one at the reception to let me check in. When I called, no one answered
Very spacious, clean, comfortable, modern room. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. I didn't eat at the hotel. I got a good last-minute deal on the room so I expect it was a lot less than normal. Excellent location just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants.
Only one thing that was a minor problem was parking - you can park outside from 8pm - 8am but during the day you need to pay or find a long-term parking place (there was £5 all day parking just a street or two away so that was reasonable.

The rooms were great, the location was terrific and the staff were all very friendly and helpful - particularly Michelle and Kiera. They stored our luggage while we were at the funeral, and we had a lovely breakfast and lunch at the hotel before and afterwards.

Great location, Bar area and food area were good, although food area was very dark. Food overall was pretty good.
The room was expensive for room only, i found out that if we had booked direct, then we could have got breakfast included. As it was we paid extra for Breakfast, so it was about £150 for B&B!! The room was very hot, the radiator in the bathroom was on all the time we were there, and we ended up opening a window at about 2am. There was also a noise of a pump or generator going all night! The TV sound kept going loud then quiet as well.
Great location in centre of Lancaster - walking distance to theatre pubs & restaurants and park. Staff were lovely.

Great location - and the staff were always attentive and helpful - they were clearly empowered to service customers the best way possible - we had a fire alarm, and again they were excellent in keeping us informed
