Pros:

Odalar kullanışlı, balkonlar ferah. Modern yapıda. Kapalı otoparkı mevcut. Çalışanlar gayet nazik ve güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Çok ihtiyaç duymadık ama çok sıcak havada hem oturma odasındadaki hem de yatak odasındaki klima yeterince soğutmayabilir. Bu durum sadece bizim kaldığımız odaya özgü olabilir.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, Badezimmer stand plötzlich unter Wasser

Ich habe selten ein so unfreundliches und wenig kundenorientiertes Hotelpersonal erlebt.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Kartensystem für die Zimmertüren nicht funktioniert und wir das Zimmer mit einem Schlüssel öffnen müssen. Das war zwar ärgerlich, aber zunächst noch akzeptabel.

Das eigentliche Problem begann, als wir nach unserem Strandbesuch duschen wollten. In unserem Zimmer gab es lediglich eine Whirlpool-Badewanne. Als wir das Wasser aufdrehten, stellte sich heraus, dass die Wanne undicht war. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit stand das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser und Duschen war nicht möglich.

Anschließend wollten wir die Rezeption telefonisch kontaktieren, mussten jedoch feststellen, dass auch das Telefon im Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Mein Partner zog sich daraufhin wieder an und ging zur Rezeption. Dort wurde ihm mitgeteilt, dass bereits ein Installateur vor Ort gewesen sei, das Problem aber nicht beheben konnte. Gleichzeitig wurde behauptet, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei.

Da diese Situation für uns völlig unakzeptabel war, überprüfte ich die Verfügbarkeit selbst auf Booking.com und stellte fest, dass weiterhin Zimmer buchbar waren. Daraufhin ging ich persönlich zur Rezeption und fragte verärgert, warum man uns weder vorab über den Defekt informiert hatte noch eine Lösung anbot. Schließlich konnten wir nach einem Strandtag nicht einmal duschen und standen stattdessen in einem überfluteten Badezimmer.

Erst nach dieser Beschwerde wurde uns widerwillig ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Hilfe beim Umzug erhielten wir nicht. Durch die ganze Situation war ein großer Teil unseres Tages verloren, obwohl das Problem dem Hotel offenbar bereits bekannt war.

Besonders enttäuschend war neben den technischen Mängeln die unfreundliche und wenig professionelle Art des Rezeptionsmitarbeiters. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.
