Cons:

Ich habe ein Zimmer für vier Nächte gebucht, in der Erwartung, es alleine nutzen zu können. Leider musste ich zwei Nächte das Zimmer mit anderen Gästen teilen, da das Hotel kurzfristig Familienunterkünfte arrangierte und keine Möglichkeit bestand, auf Booking.com oder anderen Plattformen die Zimmer als belegt zu kennzeichnen.
Die Situation wurde durch die unzureichende Kommunikation und fehlende Entgegenkommen der Hotelmitarbeiter verschärft. Obwohl ich eine Teilrückerstattung von etwa 25 % gefordert habe, wurde dies diskutiert und verzögert. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage zunächst nicht und konnte erst nach längerer Intervention repariert werden.
Die Erfahrung war für mich sehr unangenehm, insbesondere die Verzögerung bei der Rückzahlung, die fünf Stunden in Anspruch nahm. Insgesamt habe ich mich nicht ausreichend respektiert oder ernst genommen gefühlt. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel in Zukunft transparenter mit Buchungen und Kundenerwartungen umgeht.
