Bonito pero decepcionante
Pros:

La pieza era muy bonita y estaba muy limpio. Entrar fue muy facil a pesar de hacer el check in en la madrugada y conseguimos estacionamiento justo fuera. El baño tambien era muy comodo, buena ducha.

Cons:

No había personal al que hacerle ni una pregunta, funcionaba mas bien como un Airbnb. Quedamos muy decepcionados con el desayuno. Se servía en el café que hay en la planta base, tiene solo 3 opciones disponible de la carta y solo se puede elegir un bebestible (café o jugo de naranja por ejemplo). Cuando bajamos a desayunar el lugar estaba tan lleno que no había donde sentarse, por suerte no tuvimos que esperar tanto. Quizas falta organización para asegurar que las personas que se hospedaron tengan asegurada una mesa.

Desayuno y ubicacion bueno

Cons:

Mala administración, mala información al momento del check in, primero nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada, luego nos dieron una segunda habitación que no estaba preparada para finalmente darnos la definitiva.

El lugar es hermoso. Ubicación insuperable!
La cafetería, la piscina, la decoración de la pieza, la ducha. Todo increíble!

Cons:

La cama, muy blanda y sonora .
No me gustó el lavamanos fuera del baño.

Fue muy complejo entrar fuera de horario, pues la chapa electrónica no funcionaba correctamente.

Además, al lado había un colegio y hicieron un evento muy temprano, con mucho ruido, aunque esto último es circunstancial.

What a treat!
Pros:

This is the cutest boutique hotel in Las Condes neighborhood. The rooms are absolutely fabulous, nicely decorated and spacious. In case you’re in the mood there’s a midsized pool! And it has its own mini restaurant/coffee place with a good selection.

Adoramos o hotel! Voltaríamos facilmente.
Pros:

O lugar é lindo! Quarto super confortável e café da manhã bem gostoso. Super bem localizado, calmo e agradável.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro do quarto em que estávamos não descia a água direito. Acumulava e depois de muito tempo que descia completamente, até lá, a área de banho ficava com uma ‘piscininha de água’ que cobria nosso pé.
