Amazing adress
Pros:

I am so satisfied with my stay in Kotraba hotel. It is a Villa owned by a very nice couple, super friendly, and helpful.
The place is well decorated and it gives a chill and peaceful vibe.
Each room has a name, and inside the room you have all you need, great luminosity, enough plugs, toilet paper soap, towels …
We visited in low season so the whole village was kind of empty, but still zen and pleasant.
We visited in Ramadan, they were so nice to serve us Suhoor and Iftar.
Breakfast was super delicious and diverse
It is located in a calm and safe neighborhood, 8mn from bus station, 2mn to a market, may cafés the alley behind, and 10 mn to the center of Alaçati

Pros:

We stayed for one night in February, we were traveling around the region and decided to stop in Alaçatı. A wonderful boutique hotel: stylish room, spotless cleanliness, comfortable bed, peace and true comfort.

The staff were attentive and friendly, everything was smooth and effortless.

AVOID IN WINTER
Pros:

The price may seem “cheap” at first, but honestly, there are much better options around for a similar cost.

Cons:

This place is a very bad option for staying in winter.

Very cold room, a lot of humidity. The beds are comfortable, but they don’t provide proper sheets. They say they have heating, but it’s just an AC that blows "hot" air. The room is poorly insulated and it gets extremely cold at night.

Our room was right next to reception, and the noise of people coming in and out made it impossible to rest.

Bathroom smelled terrible. The drainage and pipes had a constant bad smell.

No attention or atmosphere at all. Maybe in summer it’s different, but in winter the hotel felt dead. No breakfast, no services, nothing available.

Staff doesn’t speak English and only communicates with a translation app.

They do NOT have parking. One of the reasons we chose it was because they claimed to offer parking, but that’s not true. You just leave the car on the street outside.

This is not a “boutique hotel.” There are far better options around the area.

Avoid this area in winter. It’s safe, but everything is closed and there’s basically nothing around. The interesting places are several kilometers away.
