Desastroso - nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel
Pros:

Nada. Tuve la peor experiencia en este lugar. Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano, al lado de las habitaciones del personal, se de armarios con papel higiénico, baldes y trapos. Todo sucio.

Cons:

La recepcionista era la persona de limpieza. No hablaba inglés. Primero nos cobraron mal, luego nos mandaron a una habitación con una ventana que daba a una pared, estilo celda, diciendo que era cumpla de Booking Que no permite informar en la web que la habitación es así.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. The hotel is exceptionally clean, stylish, and very cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff deserve special recognition—they are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their guests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. We had an amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Bell'albergo in ottima posizione per visitare Alacati.
Pros:

Bell albergo personale estremamente gentile e bagno molto bello e comodo. Letti comodi e colazione molto buona e ricca.

Cons:

Camera un po' piccola per tre persone, nessuno spazio per stendere asciugamani e costumi dopo il bagno.

It was a super comfortable and cute stay at Kotraba. From the decor to staff, everything was fantastic.

Wonderful stay; highly recommend!
Pros:

Very good location. The property itself is very comfortable and cozy. The room was clean and spacious. Very very friendly staff. Mr. Furkan was a great host, he made great recommendations for places to go and for drivers. His dog Bellini is adorable and made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also wonderful. The area is great and in close walking distance to the old town where everything is.

Pros:

The room is clean but small, with limited storage space for carry-ons. It would have been rather helpful if there were more shelves or hooks around the room. The bathroom is modern with a great shower, but there’s a slight persistent smell of humidity or stuffiness. The staff is responsive, even through text at night.

The air conditioner was making a constant static noise in our room.

Pros:

It's quite pleasant, as long as your expectations aren't too high. If you’re from Western Europe, you’ll need to convert the star ratings to the Turkish scale (5 Turkish stars = 2 EU stars), but in this case it’s not really a hotel, more like a B&B; they just offer an experience similar to a 5-star hotel (as they claim). Parking can be a big problem during the high season. We were there outside the peak season on two motorcycles, so we always found a spot on the street.

Cons:

The water in the shower drains slowly, and there’s some peeling plaster. The door handle to the room falls apart in your hands. The room is quite small. For me, these would all be minor details if the price matched the quality of the accommodation. And that’s something they could work on.

The bed was lumpy the pillows were smelly and divverent, main light didnt work the bathroom had mold and black wood frame and it looked like there was a flooding . It needs work a lot of it before it reaches 4 star rating
