Not much.

Cons:

Accommodation needs to be repaired and lights need to be changed..
Backyard towards the toilet needs to be cleaned and during night time the staircase walls are full of lizards..
Same is entering inside the room via doors, windows & AC piping..
Accommodation walls are wet due to water seepage and rooms smell..

Definitely would recommend this place for a solo traveler.
Pros:

The owner and staff (especially Mr Basil) were just AMAZING. So polite and so helpful whenever I needed any assistance. Property's location super convenient, everything you need is just around the corner.

Cons:

Even though, I was highly satisfied, there were 2 things I didn't like - I didn't have a TV in my room (It's written I would have one when I booked the accommodation) and the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room at all (but worked perfectly in the lobby).
