Überraschend gutes Hotel für so wenig Geld! Chapeau!

Günstige Lage, günstiger Preis, Einrichtung neu und sauber, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Ein wenig stickig im Zimmer- aber wirklich nur für Empfindliche.

Nice, comfy room with balcony. Really spacious! Friendly staff. Just a short walk from the center, nice restaurants around.Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Das Frühstück war ok und das Zimmer war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Da gab es nichts zu meckern.

Cons:

Obwohl ein Parkplatz für 15 € gebucht war, durften wir nicht auf den Platz fahren, um erst danach einzuloggen. Mein Mann musste das Auto in der Einfahrt stehen lassen und einmal um das komplette Hotel rennen, um erst einzuchecken und bezahlen und die Parkkarte zu holen.

Weiterhin der Fernseher im Zimmer war kaputt. Erst extremes schlechtes nur blaues Bild, danach ließ es sich weder bedienen (laut/leise/umschalten) noch überhaupt ausschalten.

Der Knaller waren die nächtlichen Anrufe auf unserem Handy um 23 Uhr .Wir wurden mehrfach von der Rezeption auf dem Handy herausgeklingelt. Wir sollten angeblich zwei Parkplätze blockieren. Unser Kind wurde geweckt, mein Mann musste nachts wieder raus – nur um festzustellen: Wir standen exakt und ordnungsgemäß in unserer gebuchten Lücke! (Beweisfotos vorhanden). Die Parkplätze sind schlichtweg viel zu eng. Einschlafen hat danach ewig gedauert..

Als wir den Vorfall am nächsten Morgen gegen 10:00 Uhr ansprachen, gab es keinerlei Einsicht oder Entschuldigung. An der Rezeption stand exakt derselbe Mitarbeiter, der uns am Vorabend um 23:00 Uhr angerufen hatte – nur war von seiner anfänglichen Freundlichkeit nichts mehr übrig. Trotz unserer Beweisfotos wurde stur behauptet, wir hätten falsch gestanden. Da man uns hier schlichtweg die Unwahrheit ins Gesicht sagte, wurde mein Mann verständlicherweise laut, woraufhin sich eine unnötige Diskussion entwickelte.

​Fazit: Schade um das ordentliche Zimmer und das gute Frühstück, aber so ein Umgang mit Gästen geht überhaupt nicht. Wenn Parklücken zu klein sind, darf man sie nicht gierig vermieten und nachts die Schuld auf die Gäste schieben. Ein absolut kundenunfreundliches Verhalten – wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder!
