Booking hatte einfach meine Mailadresse bei meiner Anfrage der Rechnung gelöscht. Nicht das Hotel!
Das Ordnungsamt Stadt Saarbrücken verteilt Knöllchen.

Im Haupthaus für den Preis passende Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar

Der Frühstücksraum, sowie das angebotene Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Hilfreich wäre für die Buchung eine Beschreibung des Frühstück-Angebotes, falls Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten vorliegen, sind diese nicht all umfassend abgebildet (z.B. Laktosemalabsorption, Zöliakie). Die Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Es war so gar Platz die Sportmatte auszurollen.

Cons:

In den Bädern haben die Lampen immer wieder geflackert. Für eine Epileptiker:in ungünstig. Das angebotene Vierbettzimmer ist definitiv überholungswürdig. Die vorhandenen Möbel sind ungeeignet und füllen die Räumen unnötig. Wir waren dankbar für die problemlose Umbuchung auf 2 Doppelzimmer, auf einer Ebene.

Op de vreemde communicatie met het personeel na, redelijk tot goed.

Mooie schone kamer. Goed ontbijt en centrale ligging.

Cons:

We vroegen bij aankomst of er een taxi gebeld kon worden voor 's avonds (gingen naar concert). Moesten we een half uur voor vertrek die avond opnieuw vragen. Toen we dit deden kregen we (van een andere receptionist) te horen dat dit niet mogelijk was. Hadden geen 'contract' met taxibedrijven. Gelukkig konden we nog op tijd vertrekken door zelf op de valreep een Uber te bestellen.
In de ochtend vroeg ik aan de receptioniste of de slagboom parkeerplaats bij vertrek vanzelf zou openen. Zij sprak geen engels, geen frans, geen duits, geen nederlands. Niet echt handig. Ze gaf me een kaartje dat ik na uitrijden weer terug moest brengen. Maar...de slagboom ging gewoon vanzelf open. Communicatie dus echt slecht.

Vom Hotel die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, auch die Nachbarstädte .
Pros:

Frühstück gut und ausreichend, Lage gut, vom Hbf 2 Stationen mit dem Bus und ca. 450 m Fußweg,
Bett bequem, aber Oberbett viel zu schwer.

Cons:

Kein WLAN Empfang auf dem Zimmer, aber im Frühstücksraum

Cons:

员工在吧台一直在监视客人，胡乱收费。我预订单人间后行程中加了一个客人，我在三周前预订单人间后的第二天就留言询问能否重新修改成双人间，毫无回应。入住当天有空余的双人间，价格只有68，她却要求在已经预订的单人间基础上加一个客人25欧，升级成双人间20欧。安全出口全部关闭，前台24小时营业很显然就是为了监视客人额外收费。前台接待活像一个守财奴，令人反胃。
