Important information:

If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in.
If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
Additionally, an extra may be charged for excess noise at the times and noncompliance with the pool use scheduled under the property's policies and conditions.
These charges may be charged extra or deducted directly from the damage deposit.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony of the property, smoking is prohibited inside the property and in that case an extra charge of €200 will be made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated that they allowed us to stay in the hotel lobby and use the pool even after check-out, so we could wait for our flight in comfort. The apartments were clean and air-conditioned.

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca se la playa, farmacia, supermercados, restaurantes.

Pros:

Апартаменти, досить старі вже. Є мурахи, навіть місцями грибок. Кухня стара. Меблі також старі. Полотенце принесли з дірками. Але близько Меркадрнна і всі відмінні пляжі. Позитивне - тільки розташування.

Por su precio no creo que haya nada mejor en la zona, pero necesita actualización
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Cerca de una cala tranquila donde con gafas se pueden ver peces (mejor acceder con escarpines porque es de piedras) y de una playa "más turística" con bares y restaurantes
Además está muy cercana una parada de bus que lleva a Palma (a menos de 5 minutos) en 30-45 minutos, dependiendo del punto de la ciudad al que se vaya (en coche cuesta unos 20 minutos).
Supermercados muy cerca también
No tiene parking pero es una zona de fácil aparcamiento.
Hay una recepción con una persona en todo momento que te da información.

Cons:

Horario de piscina de 10 a 19. Considero que podría ampliarse ese horario sin molestar a los vecinos/huéspedes, sobre todo en días calurosos
Se nota que están invirtiendo en la renovación porque el baño está recién reformado (incluso la mampara tenía la pegatina que como detalle no cuesta nada quitarlo) y los exteriores se les ve modernos; no sé cómo sería el baño anterior pero sin duda la cocina necesita una actualización
El apartamento en el que nos alojamos tenía una habitación doble (con dos camas individuales juntas) y una simple (con una cama individual). La reserva era para 4 personas (2 niños y 2 adultos), nos apañamos bien, pero si hubiéramos sido 4 adultos o en vez de niños hubieran sido adolescentes, alguien hubiera tenido que dormir en el sofá que no era muy cómodo (no era sofá cama). Los colchones también precisan renovación porque se hundían demasiado
La WIFI no funcionaba del todo bien, en muchos momentos del día se quedaba colgada
