Important information:

If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in.
If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
Additionally, an extra may be charged for excess noise at the times and noncompliance with the pool use scheduled under the property's policies and conditions.
These charges may be charged extra or deducted directly from the damage deposit.

Einfaches Apartment in super Lage
Pros:

Das Apartment ist mit dem Bus vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen, es sind nur zwei Minuten Fußweg von der Bushaltestelle zum Haus. Dort fahren auch regelmäßig Busse nach Palma. Zum nächsten größeren Strand sind es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten. Die Straße ist ruhig und von unserem Balkon aus konnte man sogar zwischen den Häusern etwas Meer sehen. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und haben uns sofort Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung war eher einfach eingerichtet und sah teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt aus. Die Kinder haben sich über deutsche Fernsehsender gefreut. Die Küche ist klein, aber hat für den Kurztripp ausgereicht. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der Pool sah gepflegt aus, es war aber noch nicht warm genug.

Cons:

Es gab Seife und Spülmittel, aber keinen Küchenschwamm. Den mussten wir uns dann erst mal im Supermarkt kaufen. Das WLAN hat auch nicht funktioniert; für die paar Tage haben wir es nicht gebraucht und haben daher auch nicht nachgefragt.

Perfect for the price
Pros:

The locations was perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was dated but we knew that when booking but it was clean and comfortable. There was a big supermarket 2 minutes away. Everyday we hopped on the bus that was on the road behind the apartment and we stopped at different beaches, then we spent the evenings by the pool. It was perfect for what we needed.

Chouette !
Pros:

Logement bien situé, à 2min des bus pour Palma, des commerces et de la plage. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation donc réveillée en pleine nuit quand la chambre d'à côté est rentrée et a été bruyante.
C'est arrivé seulement une nuit sur les trois.

Location fantastic, value fantastic, furniture poor. Comfort rather poor. Bed squeeked.

Cons:

Poor furniture that is uncomfortable, bed squeeked and tv only had two english channels. WIFI / Internet did not work in the rooms had to go downstairs.

Brilliant stay esp for family with kids, all you need for your stay in Mallorca!
Pros:

Brilliant location esp for family, lovely staff - Alex at reception was a fantastic host. Kitchen is stocked with what you need. Plenty of towels provided which was perfect and beds were really comfortable - we loved our stay and will be back
