Important information:

If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in.
If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
Additionally, an extra may be charged for excess noise at the times and noncompliance with the pool use scheduled under the property's policies and conditions.
These charges may be charged extra or deducted directly from the damage deposit.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony of the property, smoking is prohibited inside the property and in that case an extra charge of €200 will be made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Die Lage

Cons:

Das Appartement ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Die ursprünglich allereinfachste Bauweise, Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist seit Jahrzehnten nicht überholt worden. Farbe platzt von den Wänden, die Möbel mit abgeplatzten Furnier sind so schäbig dass man sie gar nicht mehr als solche bezeichnen kann. Die beiden Pritschen mit durchgelegenen Matratzen sind eine Zumutung. Im Bad lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, die Armaturen sind wahrscheinlich die ersten Mischbatterien aus den ersten Achzigerjahren. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Die sogenannte Küche reicht noch nicht einmal für ein einfachstes Gericht. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Dafür eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher die mindestens 25 Jahre alt sind. Ich hab habe noch so schlecht gewohnt. Nur mangels Alternativen und vielen Terminen war ich gezwungen hier zu bleiben.
Dies ist auch eine Kritik an Booking.com die das Haus als persönlich besucht angibt.

Pros:

Perfect location, huge pool with plenty of sunbeds available. Apartment had everything we needed. Beds very comfotable, especially pillows. Bathroom very clean.

Cons:

Apartments are advertised as having air conditioning, however we were told that it wasn't warm enough for it to be switched on...it was over 30 degrees outside.

Séjour de 5 jours en famille
Pros:

Durant ce séjour de 5 jours, nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de ce logement proche de toutes commodités, dans un environnement assez tranquille avec un parc de jeux juste en face, idéal donc pour nos enfants.
Le logement en lui-même était fonctionnel avec un service hôtelier appréciable (changement des serviettes de bain au bout de 3 jours).

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit avec nos enfants de 6 ans, nous n'aurions pas dû arriver dans un logement où se trouvait une fuite d'eau venant du plafond avec juste en dessous un seau. Cela ne fait pas très sérieux. Malgré cela le lendemain matin le personnel nous a trouvé une solution en nous proposant d'emménager dans un autre logement.
Je pense que cela aurait pu être évité en nous plaçant d'entrée dans un autre logement et ainsi nous éviter une mauvaise surprise en pleine nuit. C'est dommage.
Nous saluons tout de même cette réactivité au petit matin.

En los 4 días de estadía no hicieron limpieza en la habitación. Las instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento. No tienen personal suficiente para limpiar y hacer mantenimeinto, pues siempre se veían las mismas 2 personas (contando el de recepción y una señora de la limpieza) personal poco atento y mal educado y sobre todo, que el mismo propietario cambia las condiciones de la reserva a conveniencia.

- La proximité de la mer à pied 5 min, du centre 15min
- le confort des lits
- la piscine

Cons:

- l'agencement de la cuisine, la porte de frigo ne peut pas s'ouvrir en grand du fait de l'évier... manque un lave vaisselle
- pas assez de vaisselle, pas de bol, de saladier, tuperware...
- le confort du canapé lit pour notre fille est à revoir, lattes tordues à notre arrivée vraiment peu confortable, nous avons déplacé le matelas elle a finalement dormi sur son matelas par terre.
- le bruit des voisins, une plaque de placo sépare les appartements donc on vit avec les voisins...
- La propreté et la vétusté : la table est collante, les meubles sont vetustes...
