Lovely new property with attention to detail. Looks just as the photos show. Lovely having breakfast on the rooftop with great options. We enjoyed the top floor facing the water. Located between the bays easy walk to either beach and lots of restaurants/cafe. It is on the hill which then gives the view and breeze. Also love that they have a water fountain to refill your water bottle. Staff are all very friendly and helpful with anything you need. 👏🏻

Great rooms and great service! I will be definitely staying here when I am back. The owner is very attentive and always happy to assist with anything we needed.

Good location and nice breakfast. The restaurant on the 3rd floor overlooking the Indian Ocean was a highlight. Parking was eventually arranged from the 3rd day.

Great location between Dickwella and Hiriketiya beaches. Bed was comfortable and the room looked like the photos.

The room design was incredible and the place is in a very good location.
The room was very clean, the breakfast was amazingly tasty. Especially the breakfast bowl is highly recommended to try!

Die Unterkunft liegt schön, beide Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings muss ist der Hügel recht steil.
Die Zimmer sind groß und wirklich sehr schön. Alle Lokalitäten sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Würde es auf jeden Fall Weiterempfehlen.

Great little hotel set in between Hiriketiya beach & Dickwella Beach both walkable within 10 minutes. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops (Crust & Crumble a must) and lovely small boutiques.
Farooq and his team are friendly & welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Filtered water was available all day in the reception area which was a big bonus and a good fridge & tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Breakfast was taken on the roof top terrace over looking the sea. The breakfast bowl was my favourite but there is a good choice on the menu. Only a suggestion, but I think the roof top terrace could be utilised more with some comfortable seating to enjoy during the day or evening. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. I Would definitely book again without hesitation.

Beautiful modern air conditioned room with good facilities and balcony. Bed was super comfortable and large. Shower was hot with good pressure. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had rooms with sea view which was stunning.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect, situated on the hill between Hiriketiya and Dickwella Beaches. A very short walk to either.
We preferred Dickwella especially for the sun loungers, drinks and sunset.
Breakfast was good. Freshly made and served on the roof top with ocean views. We would have preferred some Sri Lankan options but what was offered was substantial.
We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Lovely room, had everything you needed, and also in a perfect location between the two main beaches. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Seeing the monkeys playing around outside the window in the morning was also a highlight!
