Pros:

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house! The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the beach, which was the most important thing for us. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to a quiet beach made our trip unforgettable.

Our room was a bit small, but it didn’t matter because the amazing setting more than made up for it. The host, Emmanuel, was incredibly kind and responsive. Even though we arrived very late (our bus was delayed, and we didn’t get there until 2 AM), he was in constant communication and made sure we had a smooth check-in.

Throughout our stay, Emmanual gave us great advice and recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. His hospitality was outstanding!

Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway. Thank you, Emmanual!

A hidden gem best enjoyed with local cuisines
Pros:

The place is super comfortable
We were a family of 4 people and we enjoyed the calmness of this place
It’s close to allepey beach
The rooms are clean and it’s a quiet place away from busy crowd
You can easily reach here by car as there is a proper road
Emmanuel who is owner personally manages this with so much passion. He goes the extra mile to deliver us what ever we asked and is open to suggestion which is a huge plus.
He maintains it like it is his wonderland 😀
Food was arranged from nearby home with local flavours which is a must try. Also Swiggy easily delivers here so you don’t have to move an inch from your comfy zone.

You can enjoy sunsets here and lavish in the garden he is preparing

Cons:

The place around the Homestay is super clean as Emmanuel takes personal interest in it.

If you walk a few miles it won’t be the same but it’s expected as it’s near fishing community

Pros:

Very calm and serene location. Perfect place for a get away. The best part was the pettable and friendly dogs around and the sound of nature. While the property is not a luxurious one, it still is a home away from home with all the facilities and a steal deal for the rate..The best part is Swiggy delivers to this place despite being a place secluded from all the commotions. Manu was exceptionally helpful in arranging houseboat trips and visits to local places. I'd strongly recommend this place as a spot for workation.

Amazing !
Pros:

This is a fantastic homestay for anyone looking for an affordable stay near the beach. The view is stunning, and the host, Emmanuel, was exceptional. He provided delicious homemade meals for breakfast and dinner and even helped us arrange a scooter to explore the city. He is incredibly helpful and accommodating, ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, cozy, and perfect only for two people. Plus, there's a private beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Cons:

Power backup wasn't there rest all was excellent. Since its a new property I understand that fact.
