Clean. Nice staff, good breakfast, heritage place
Everything was perfect: the venue looks like a fairy tale, staff is super helpfull, rooms are comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect, there was nothing I didn’t like.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the team was outstanding. The property is absolutely beautiful and immediately felt warm, welcoming and friendly. It was such a lovely touch to be met at the car by the concierge, who helped with our luggage and guided us to reception. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the whole team made a wonderful first impression.
Our room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The bathroom felt fresh and recently renovated, with excellent amenities — including an amazing heated towel rail, which we loved.
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was very generous, with a delicious range of options, and the cooked breakfast from the kitchen was excellent too, especially the eggs and pancakes.
The team’s advice for day trips and restaurants was also incredibly helpful, and Alessandra in particular was amazing. Her recommendations really added to the experience.
Overall, it was a true 5-star stay.

it was really lovely and relaxing
the distance from any other restaurants/towns - the staff were quite resistant to helping with taxi's and I did have a bit of a row with one girl - also taxi are very expensive €25 for 10 minute journey
the beach club is good value in comparison to other "luxury" clubs nearby - however the facilities and decor are quite dated and the staff are very disorganised (but nice people)
It’s a gorgeous property and the dinner we had there was our favorite one of our vacation

Breakfast! Outdoor pool.
The free beach associated with the hotel with free shuttle service was closed for the season. This was not clearly communicated when we booked, so was a surprise to us. We had to pay to use a nearby beach 50 pp and pay for transportation to get there and back.

The buildings are on an immense plot of land in the middle or olive groves.It has many white washed buildings dotted with olives and flower. Many of the olives are many centuries old. the rooms are immaculate and tastefully furnished. The property exudes peacefulness.
The masseria has an excellent in house restaurant and has an extensive wine list. The staff are kind and helpful.
We had a car but the location ca. 4 km outside of Monopoli requires one.
