Achtung! Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Fotos haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Vor Ort wurden wir komplett getäuscht.
Man kann leider nur 3 Fotos zeigen , sonst würde ich gerne noch mehr zeigen .

Horrible. No instalarse aquí.

Cons:

Estaba muy viejo y descuidado. Y el precio muy caro para lo que es. Nos fuimos un día antes porque no nos gustó nada y porque el clima en Mahahual no acompañaba y no nos devolvieron nada. Pagamos la noche sin disfrutarla. El personal y las instalaciones pésimos. Nada recomendable.

Buen lugar, sencillo pero acorde el precio-calidad
Pros:

Buena ubicación lejos del malecon principal que hay mucha mucha gente y movimiento, acá está tranquilo y bonita la zona de playa

Cons:

Había mucha hormiga, las escaleras de madera, la neta me dieron un poco de miedo.

Eine Stornierung für den zweiten Tag aufgrund der extremen Algen vor Ort wurde völlig ignoriert. Zimmer waren ok, Pool klein, aber naja ok.

it's a scam, and booking.com is part of it

Nothing to like. We did not stay there. Front desk was unpleasant and kicked us out

Cons:

In booking.com it says that there are no card fees for this booking. On arrival, a rather unpleasant front desk clerk told us we need to pay aditional 5% if we pay by card. We protested and called booking.com customer service. from this moment on we where treated very aggressively. The clerk pretended to be calling the police on us, and proceeded to kick us out of the property. later we still paid for the stay and booking.com won't return our money because they say the booking is non refundable.

Crazy!

There are similar reports online about this place. They earn money by kicking you out because they know they will get paid anyway. apparently booking.com can promise one thing and if on site they present you with different costs booking.com won't allow you to cancel and just let you pay to sleep on the steet

Great place
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, hot shower, really good breakfast for a good price. Definitely a winner!

Cons:

We were in unit 2 and both windows didn't open, only the patio door opens. I think that should get fixed.
