Soggiorno breve ma piacevole. Terrò in considerazione questo hotel per le prossime occasioni
Pros:

Ottima cena e ottima colazione. Posizione eccellente, comoda per raggiungere la cabinovia per l'Alpe di Siusi. Camera non molto grande ma confortevole. Personale cortese e disponibile. Apprezzato parcheggio interno

A wonderful, warm experience in the heart of the town; we'll definitely be back.
Pros:

This was an excellent choice for a skiing holiday. The hotel is very original and cozy, with a warm atmosphere. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and the spa area with the pool was fantastic. The owners are lovely, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is unbeatable—right in the town center. The ski lifts are only about a 10-minute drive away. The views from the windows are breathtaking. It’s great value for money. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Pros:

Хороший бассейн с тёплой водой

Cons:

Очень долгое ожидание блюд на ужин, официанту всё время путал куда кому, попой атопое блюдо ждали 1,5 часа, ужин начинался в 19.00 и когда ждать приходиться так долго, думаешь а стоит ли на ночь столько загружать желудок

Peccato potrebbero essere piu attenti anche ai dettagli (vedi tenda in parte caduta nella zona ristorante)

Pros:

In generale struttura accogliente, camera 404 comoda con un bel balcone e un bagno spazioso. Cene sempre molto variegate e di buona qualità. A pochi metri bus che porta in 5 minuti alla cabinovia.

Cons:

Nella spa ci vorrebbe una zona "silenziosa" anti clienti irrispettosi.

Lo staff gentilissimo e la cucina ed il servizio al bar molto accogliente , cena di gala del sabato superlativa, in particolare un cameriere ed una cameriera di servizio al ristorante veramente bravi e pazienti

Bardzo udany pobyt u podnóża góry Schlern

Położenie hotelu w centrum. Wykończenie wnętrz z zachowaniem szacunku do natury. Dużo drewna, nadający swoisty klimacik.

Cons:

Trochę zimny wystrój restauracji.

Struttura accogliente con sauna, piscina e bagno turco.

Cons:

La colazione a buffet era scarsa e se si arriva a colazione tardi bisogna chiedere in continuazione la roba mancante che a volte non è più disponibile. Per due sere siamo stati senza acqua calda al momento della doccia e con i termosifoni freddi. Il bagno turco funzionava male. Inoltre eravamo seguiti da un cameriere poco cortese.
