Kleopatra smile hotel

Zimmer, Dusche/WC hat nach Schimmel gestunken, Kleiderschrank ebenfalls, haben Koffer nichts ausgepackt.
In der Kommode waren noch Kleinigkeiten vom Vorigem Gast.
Das Zimmer war dreckig, im Bad waren noch Sandkörner am Boden.
In beiden Zimmern waren weder Bodentuch im Bad, noch Handtuch und auch kein Badetuch,
nach Täglich zweimaliger Nachfrage hieß es das eines hereingetan wird, ist aber nichts passiert.
Schlafen nur mit offenem Fenster, sonst vergiftet man sich oder holt sich Asthma.
Wenn wir nicht nur 2 Tage(zum Schlafen) sondern länger gebucht hätten, wären wir sofort Ausgezogen.
Ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt.

Where to start? The staff barely spoke any English so I didn’t really know what was going on. On arrival they just kinda took my passport and walked off into another room and stayed there for ages. Finally an English speaking member of staff came and explained that I wasn’t just getting robbed. The room was poorly furnished. The bathroom smelt like mould. I ran out of toilet paper and it wasn’t replaced until I went and got it myself. They stole from me two towels. One white and one gray. I understand they might have confused my white towel with their own but my grey one??? They don’t even have grey towels??? There is no WiFi in the rooms and it only works during certain times of the day and only downstairs. I didn’t want to risk purchasing room WiFi as it could have been poor like the hotel itself. Your own drink at the pool are prohibited. Instead you must buy their drink with their bar only having 2 or 3 cheap bottles. DONT GET ME STARTED ON BREAKFAST. It was so bad even the cats didn’t want to eat it. It mainly consist wet bread, dodgy sausages, old tomatoes and cucumbers, stale cereal. Anyways, overall please please please don’t waste your holiday at this hotel. Alanya is super nice and don’t let this hotel ruin your holiday!

Dåligt Städning, Rum va dåligt gammal ibland hade vi inte kallt vatten när skulle vi duscha,
Hade ej nätet i rummet TV va sönder .

Dom städade men inte varje dag tyvärr som det behövdes samt att frukosten på hotellet var inte något vidare och bör förbättras rejält.

There were limited provisions in the rooms and the breakfast was always the same stuff

The problem is the internet,which they ,,turn on" from 10AM to 2PM. As a guest you can't log in because,according to them,the issue is with your phone,and none of the guests have internet,while the employees working there do.They aleays have some excuse and the hotel is quite old, so some things don't work properly.

I stayed here for 6 nights. During this time I arrived at 1am. The lift was broken. An had carry my cases to top floor. I was told there was free WiFi. But not told it was only in the hotel reception.
I also in my whole 6 nights had the cleaner come to my room once. I never had a towel or toilet roll for 5 nights.
I found this absolutely disgusting. They have the cheek to have a tip box in the room.

Do not stay in this hotel f you can help it

Everything. The receptionist was not pleasant at all, he provided me with a dirty room, shower and toilet. I am going to dispute my money with my bank because I left that disgusting place first thing in the morning

Poor breakfast, Reception service very poor, language barrier. Request for packing breakfast twice they accept to give. When the time asked for breakfast in reception they don't know.

Staff/reception does not speak English.
Didn’t get new towels when old ones were at the floor
Did not get toilet paper when needed, had to buy myself
Shower was dirty and shower doors were not attached
Bed was horrible and kept sliding on the floor with the slightest movement
