Cons:

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it is clearly posted that is was a non-smoking room. The bedding didn't smell. I couldn't tell if it was permeating from the AC unit or maybe from the walls/paint.

Clean, comfortable room.
Pros:

A 4 cup coffee pot in the room. Coffee maker in hallway. Beds were really comfortable.

Pros:

Very cute "home like" feeling in the rooms, clean, comfortable beds, good size bathrooms, nice shower with shower products included. Staff very accommodating, we had booked 5 rooms and they were all very nice and all in same location.

First stay. Will return. Large room with nice towels and hot shower. Room had a huge king bed. Nice shared kitchen and laundry facility. The fridge in room was bigger than expected. Nice to be near Oakland (coffee shop, cafe and Nelson's grocery).

Affordable but modest
Pros:

Location was close to where we needed to be. Room was clean, a/c worked, coffee available, and convenience store across the driveway.

Cons:

The ice machine was a nice convenience, but needs to be cleaned.
