Helt greit for pengene, men finnes nok bedre

Skittent bad, ikke likt som på bildene, vanskelig å komme seg inn da koden på døren ikke ville fungere, men fikk god hjelp etter vi ringte.

When entering the room, there was no hook or hanger to hang outerwear. I had nowhere to put my coat.
The bed was sagging. The room was worn out and in poor condition.
The room is located on the top floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The staircase is not lit at all—it was completely dark, and we had to use our phones for light. Because of this, I fell down the stairs.

Pros:

Niente! Arrivati alle 18:30 in struttura, nonostante il check-in fosse previsto dalle 14 in poi, nessuna delle camere era pronta. Tutte le stanze erano nelle condizioni in cui erano state lasciate dagli ospiti precedenti, sporche e disordinate. Sia io che altri malcapitati ospiti, siamo stati costretti ad attendere le 20 per avere le camere.

Cons:

Pessimo servizio, l’host non risponde al telefono, né alle email, l’unico supporto ricevuto è stato quello del customer service di Booking.com. Durante il mio soggiorno, c’è stato un furto nella camera accanto alla mia: un ladro è entrato di notte derubando un ospite mentre dormiva.

Pros:

The room was small but okay for a one night stay. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town and close to the city center. It worked well as a quick overnight stop.

Cons:

However, the check-in process was more complicated than expected compared to other places I’ve stayed. There was no WiFi password provided in the room, and the staff did not respond to our messages, which was disappointing.

The bathroom was very old and not clean at all. There were no toiletries provided and no hairdryer in the room. The window also could not be opened.
