Lo primero llegamos al apartamento y no había nadie en recepción (y la recepción estaba llena de basura literalmente) nos dieron una habitación, y media hora antes de la hora del check-in nos la cambiaron. El personal no tenía ni idea de inglés y además tenía actitudes inadecuadas.A esto le añadimos las numerosas veces que intentamos contactar con el alojamiento y que no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta. Sin embargo, esto no es lo peor, lo peor viene cuando de entre las sábanas salió una cucaracha VIVA

Nedostali sme takú izbu aká bola na fotke bookingu (veľký rozdiel) dostali sme malú izbu v ktorej nebolo žiadne okno ktoré by sa dalo otvoriť a v ktorej bola nefunkčná klíma. Kúpeľňa bola spravená ako sprchovy kut takže počas sprchovania to tam bolo cele mokré. Prvý a druhý deň pobytu kúpeľňa nepríjemne zapáchala kanalizáciou a zápach nám išiel aj do izby. Na hoteli bol personál a ktorým sa nedalo dobre komunikovať a manažérka hotela bola veľmi neochotne komunikovať. Na recepcii sa nikto nenachádzal až po kým sme nezavolal manažérke. V hoteli boli ubytovaní veľmi hlučný hostia ktorý nedodržiavali nočný klud a rušili nás. Izba bola malo izolovaná a bolo veľmi počuť zvuky z ulice vedlajsich izieb a chodby. Jedno veľké sklamanie.

Es bueno para una o dos noches. La ubicación y que se está con buena calefacción por la noche. El cuarto estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza aunque muebles no muy buenos.

Cons:

No responden a los mensajes en booking, y en persona no hablan en inglés. Por la mañana no hay personal.

Dicen que puedes dejar tus maletas en recepción, pero no había nadie para ello al día siguiente, y al final nos fuimos.

En el cuarto, la ducha es solo la alcachofa. El suelo es todo el plato de ducha.

Horrible phone service
Pros:

The cleaning lady was so nice, her service was excellent. And the temperature of the bedroom was good.

Cons:

The lady that take us the telephone was so rude and disrespecful. The call service 24 hours is horrible.
