Pros:

Sehr großzügiges Familienzimmer mit barrierefreiem Zugang und ebenerdiger Dusche. Leckeres Frühstück und ein toller Willkommens-Cookie. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, kompetent und nett.

Lage top, Zimmer sehr ruhig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das Bad ist zu klein und mit dem Badewanneneinstieg zum duschen nicht mehr zeitgemäß..mir wurde aber die Möglichkeit zum Zimmertausch angeboten…Flasche stilles Wasser für 5€ auf dem Zimmer und eine leere Minibar..das kenne ich aus anderen Häusern nicht

Fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Eine Bar und Restaurant mit toller Auswahl. Modern und neu ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann ist es, dass ich das Frühstücksbüffet etwas unübersichtlich fand. Bei größeren Andrang könnte das für längere Wartezeit führen. War aber trotzdem lecker.

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Anwendung im Spa gebucht, mich sogar per Telefon versichert. Die Inhaberin sagte, dass sie eine Weile bräuchte, um ins Hotel zu kommen. Leider kam sie nicht und hielt es auch nicht für nötig, mir abzusagen. Bei allem Verständnis für bestimmte Umstände: ein kurzer Anruf wäre fair. Auch das Hotelpersonal wusste nicht Bescheid an diesem Tag, ob der Spa betrieben wird oder nicht.
