Тесный номер, грязные стены(чёрные как после пожара) , проснулись утром и нет воды, ни горячей, ни холодной, предложили спуститься вниз в общий душ, хотя деньги платили за ванную в своём номере. Завтрак скудный(столетнее печеное) остались голодными. Никакой компенсации не добились.... Я часто бываю в Андижане и знаю много гостиниц и эта самая ужасная, цены высокие по сравнению с другими, а комфорта ноль. Вопрос за что такие деньги платить? И главное деньги взяли сразу перед заселением, видно уже опытные насчёт этого. Не советую никому
The rooms were clean and comfortable although a bit worn. Location good as about a half hour to the old city and central market.
Not enough food was prepared for the breakfast as a group of 14 took almost everything leaving scant leftovers. What food that existed was good but the hotel would not make more despite there being 1 hour left of breakfast time. Although staff was helpful and friendly the first day, specifically saying they could arrange a Yandex taxi to the border crossing with Kyrgyzstan the next morning, they reneged on this offer saying that it wasn’t possible and tried to sell another taxi service for significantly more by saying the border was far away near Fergana - which it is obviously not. This tactic left a “sour taste in our mouth” after a reasonably pleasant stay.
There was noise in the hallway during the night, so I didn't get enough sleep
Good option for staying in Andijon, air condition and refrigerator in the room very helpful by the hot summer weather, parking place near the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall - nice stay.
Breakfasts could be a bit better.

The ground floor rooms are right in the lobby and the room doors have an approx 7cm clearance to the ground - so soundwise, one might as well be in the lobby. One can hear every conversation, arrival and departure through the night. Serious soundproofing is needed.
The bathroom had long black hairs left from the previous guest. Yuck.
The breakfast had almost nothing savoury. Everything had a high sugar content. I couldn't find anything to eat, even though there was a large offering of cakes, meringues, sweet cereals etc.

The overall experience was good.
I was just a bit late while leaving and they charged me 10$!!! They didn't inform us about this policy before the stay and yet they charged us extra money. I am really disappointed.i stayed before also and they didn't charge extra money but this new staff is not good. Try to educate them about how to deal with customers. You should compensate if you wanna make your customers.
The staff was helpful, and the stay was quite pleasant.
