Good option for staying in Andijon, air condition and refrigerator in the room very helpful by the hot summer weather, parking place near the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall - nice stay.

The ground floor rooms are right in the lobby and the room doors have an approx 7cm clearance to the ground - so soundwise, one might as well be in the lobby. One can hear every conversation, arrival and departure through the night. Serious soundproofing is needed.
The bathroom had long black hairs left from the previous guest. Yuck.
The breakfast had almost nothing savoury. Everything had a high sugar content. I couldn't find anything to eat, even though there was a large offering of cakes, meringues, sweet cereals etc.

The overall experience was good.
I was just a bit late while leaving and they charged me 10$!!! They didn't inform us about this policy before the stay and yet they charged us extra money. I am really disappointed.i stayed before also and they didn't charge extra money but this new staff is not good. Try to educate them about how to deal with customers. You should compensate if you wanna make your customers.
The staff was helpful, and the stay was quite pleasant.
The location was just perfect
There is no help to take care of luggage and you have to take care of your luggage shifting to first or second floor as there is no lift. And the breakfast was not suitable for vegetarians. Despite a personal request to arrange some vegetarian options no care was taken so we end up eating nothing except bread and jam.

First of all we got the wrong room when we arrived. So we got a smaller room without bathroom, what we actually booked. Entering the room there was a huge smell coming out from the bathroom itself. Then we wanted to open the windows but first you need to push the curtains away, but they were tightened so we couldn't move them at all, so it was also dark in the room the whole time.
After asking at the reception for another room the only answer was that we could leave immediately if we don't like the hotel. Also we were not informed about breakfast times what we also payed for. The personal was very u unpressional and rude. The next day there was no water at all, so washing or taking a shower was not an option. After informing the personal about the issue we were informed that we have to wait for 30 minutes but had to leave the hotel in 40 minutes.
And 10-15 minutes before the actual check-out time we were called twice by the reception that we already have to leave the room. We paid 55$ for a single night, so the value for the money was not horrible. Don't recommend this hotel at all.
