Холодно, коли вимикають світлр

I booked it for one week in November, there was no heating in the flat and it was extremely cold. There were also constant electricity blackout (which is a reality in Ukraine and I understand this), but the owners didn’t even left a candle or flashlight. I wrote to them, they promised to leave a flashlight, but it wasn’t done in several days. I was very surprised that on 4th year of war in Ukraine they didn’t think about this necessity in the flat. Also, the shower curtain is indeed very short (as many previous comments), which make water go directly to the floor in the bathroom, which in turn makes the smell in the bathroom very unpleasant (remember: it was extremely cold in the flat) and showing how dirty the floor was. I hope the owners will read the comments to make the necessary improvements

Чистота в номері (розумію, що часто прибирають без світла, але деякі речі не прибирались давно), а також варто замінити/відремонтувати деякі речі (плитка відпала в ванній й валяється, тумбочка під раковиною іржава і іржа падає з неї на підлогу, двері в туалет закриваються дуже важко, доводиться прикладати багато зусиль, а от коли їх відкриваєш, то скрип роздається на всі апартаменти, судячи з усього двері "розбухли" від вологи)

Трішки пахне сирістю і вікна не ставляться на провітрювання, а лише відкриваються повністю. Так як перший поверх, трішки це створює незручність з доступом свіжого повітря. Але є внутрішні ставні.
