Horrible first night of our arrival. Strong paint smell. That's not how you accommodate customers on first day. Why paint on same day before the arrival of customers . If the ac was not working, we would have looked for another place to stay.
Breakfast could have been better. Maybe freshly brewed coffee instead of instant coffee.

The room is not senior friendly. The bathroom is about one foot higher than the floor level. So it’s not safe to go up and down the bathroom. The sink faucet make a noise every now and then

Location is not that close to the town and the room is not tidy. Also the TV channel is poor.

The breakfast was good. First day was Tocilog, 2nd daw was Longsilog then 3rd day was Hotsilog. There is a free coffee for every guest, frre purified water. Towels are included except for shampoo, toothpaste and soap. But there is a hot and cold shower. Water pressure is good. Parking is also free. The SM City Legazpi is very near or just a walking diatance from the hotel. Its also near the Museo De Legapzpi, near St Gregory The Great Cathedral, near market and even near Bicol Historical Park. The staff ate Anne was very helpful and friendly. The best thing is that you can already see the Mayon Volcano from the windows of the dining area at the second floor.
May be the bathroom is little small but its ok.
Location was good. From our room we had a good view of mount Mayon. Staff where helpful and beds was comfortable. Big size room.
