Nothing honestly
There were issues with cleanliness, customer service from staff, the stay was really uncomfortable and the staff was really rude.
They take over booking n didn’t inform when we reach then inform even not assist to us
When i called the hotel he said that I didn't book a room in hotel krishnandan and denied our accommodation! Hence, I had to go to to a different hotel which consumed lot of time and hard work! Hi

Extra charge pay
The room location was good n clean.
The staff behaviour was really bad. They were rude. The front office guy who manages the stay was very unethical. He refuses to give rooms to people who book online. We had to go to police station give a complaint n also had to complain to Oyo people who never got back to us till date. The front desk guy will ask us to cancel reservation n pay directly by charging more money. If not he will say no rooms are available. N after we logged complaint he gave us the room but we noticed that he reiterated the same thing n denied booking to four other guests through out the day.
