Acceptable hotel, but also room for improvement.
Pros:

The location is a bit far from the center of Nizwa, in a commercial area and a bit bland, but we didn't have much choice, most of the hotels were either fully booked or too expensive. In any case, it's an easy-to-reach and affordable hotel. Parking is always available.

Cons:

The room was a little too basic, and the beds were a little too uncomfortable and soft. The bathroom was really small. A location in the city center would have been better, but during the winter holidays in December there is little choice because everything in Nizwa is crowded.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się to, że zostawiliśmy kurtkę i jak po nią wróciliśmy to już jej nie odzyskaliśmy.
Ciepła woda jest, ale dopiero po 10 min puszczania jej ciągle. Brudne ściany, podłoga pod każdą szafeczka nieodkurzona. Trudno dogadać się z recepcja.

Cons:

Trop de bruit : climatisation dans l etablissement et groupe électrogène.. du restaurant ont dérange jusqu a minuit pas de double vitrage. Joint qui manque a une fenêtre pour un minimum d isolation.pour éviter le bruit de la ville......petit déjeuner mal organisé planifié sur une heure seulement....l hotel commence a vieillir au vu des sanitaires

It was clean enough.

Cons:

It was run down. The noise level from the hallway was terrible- I could hear people in the lobby talking. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower literally flooded the bathroom. Really overpriced for what you get.

Location was convenient though it was a bit noisy because of proximity to the main road. The staff was helpful in resolving a couple of issues we encountered with the room.

Cons:

The room was very basic and lots of things were broken: sink and shower leaking, bathroom door handle was broken, electricity sockets not working well, hairdryer broken, and we didn't have towels in the room when we checked in. Overall the room was ugly and not very clean.
