Way above our expectations
Pros:

Ketut is a magificent host. He helped us a lot in organizing our stay in Sideman. We also rented a scooter in super shape for more than a friendly price from him. Breakfasts were awesome as is the view from both villas.

Fantastisk beliggenhet i utkanten av Sidemen, veldig landlig.
Pros:

Komfortable og store rom. Flott bad. Alt var strøkent og rent. Drevet av en veldig hyggelig familie.

Pros:

J’ai passé un super moment à Lumbung Umaluah Villa. Ketut et sa famille étaient aux petits soins pour veiller à ce que mon séjour se passe au mieux. J’ai pu organiser plusieurs activités avec Ketut (ascension du Mont Agung et cours de cuisine) et tout s’est très bien déroulé.
La chambre était nickel avec une super vue sur les rizières.
Je recommande !

Pros:

Family-owned business with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and enjoying it with the beautiful view over the rice terraces was a perfect start to the day.
Our room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. We originally planned a shorter stay, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Even when it rained in Sidemen, the place felt especially cozy and peaceful.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. We would happily come back again!!

Pros:

Die Lage inmitten von Reisfeldern ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeber aind wirklich herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Das Zimmer ist groß mit kleinem Balkon und schönem Badezimmer.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne kleine Anlage inmitten der Natur
Pros:

Sehr kleine Anlage welche von der Familie geführt wird. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen und man benötigt einen Roller. So kann man die Gegend erkunden.

Pros:

Ketut et sa famille sont très accueillant et souriant. Le bungalow était propre, le matelas hyper confortable, une douche si grande et propre. Une vue…se réveiller sur les rizières s’est quand même assez exceptionnel.

Cons:

Petit point de malchance qui ne dépend en aucun de notre hôte mais le seul arbre abattu de la rizière était à côté, les coup de tronçonneuse à 6h du matin qui ont suivi nous ont rendu un peu chafouin.

Great Stay
Pros:

The wooden house is modern and exactly as depicted in the pictures.
Ketut and his family are amazing hosts.
Sidemen is a beautiful and calm area, from which you can start great day trips, e.g. to Mount Batur, Virgin Beach, Tirta Gangga, or Pura Besakih.

Cons:

Keep in mind that the restaurant scene in Sidemen is fairly limited; there are only a few non-Indonesian options.
