Great location, great bathroom, great quality - price relationship

Cons:

Mattresses were uncomfortable, specially if you had 2 people sleeping on the same bed
Room is a bit tight for more than 2 people

Great location was driver for this accommodation
Pros:

Everything on the photos at Booking is there. Washing machine, fridge with freezer, well functioning A/C etc.
The location is great. Several subway stations within 15min walk
Several conv stores nearby
About 10min walk what we have called Korea town (an area full of Korean restaurants, bingsu cafes etc)

Cons:

The photos show a nicer state than the actual situation. Still all is there, but when comparing I did feel underwhelmed by the actual situation.
If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you.
Streetnoises reach you (also at night), this is traffic including police, firemen and ambulances). Even in the bathroom (furthest away from the window) I could here the sirens

Pros:

The check-in person was extremely helpful & informative!

Cons:

The entire space is too small to fit 4 people. We had difficulty with our baggages as there were no extra space to walk through when our baggages were opened. The place is also quite dusty & our AC wasnt warm enough to heat up the entire apartment (Note - we were told that their previous tenant had lost the AC remote control, hence we werent able to control the heater at all).

Very conveince.
Pros:

The location is good, walking distance to Shinjuku.
The best is the place has washing machine.
The room can change to warmer for clothes drying, when we are out.
Lots of eating place around.

Cons:

It is locate near to hospital / fire station.
Very noisy for every 15 min, as abulance & fire engine passed by
