Personal muy amable y preocupado

La ubicación, segura y la visita al mar.
La falta de higiene, ruidos peleas del personal, los colchones super viejos.
NO LO RECOMIENDO....
Estuvimos dos días en la habitación cuádruple y tuvimos inconvenientes desde que llegamos,
Le falta mucho mantenimiento, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, No hay agua caliente, tuvimos q pedir shampoo y toallas que no tenía en ls habitación. Es incómodo ir a la playa por que tenes unas escalinatas bastante pronunciadas y con niños es interminable..
La última noche se inundó el baño... Los huéspedes de arriba se bañaban y caía al baño nuestro,por las paredes, un completo desastre.... tuve que volver a llamar a la única chica que daba cara para que vea la situación..
Nunca se presentó un encargado, pedimos el primer día cancelar las reserva o cambio de habitaciones y No dieron respuesta..
Las fotos que muestran NO condicen con la realidad...
Lo único que se puede rescatar es la vista al mar, pero pierde todo su encanto si tenes un lugar con tan poco mantenimiento y limpieza...
Por ese precio los días anteriores estuvimos en Santiago en un hotel maravilloso en providencia, realmente abismal la diferencia entre uno y otro..

Me querían cobrar de más a pesar que de soporte de booking me decía que tenía la razón al precio que figuraba en la reserva. Al negarme a pagar extra me dijeron que habían reservado mi habitación al alguien más, dejándome a la deriva. Olor a desagüe en la habitación.

Todo muy bien, excelente, les realicé una petición al hotel porque celebrábamos con mi pareja el 14 de febrero ese día 18 y ella quedó fascinada, muy feliz, muy sorprendida y al otro día el desayuno exquisito, quedé como rey jaja
