La verdad pésima experiencia.

Cons:

Coordine con el administrador una hora de llegada check in y finalmente al indicar que le encontraba afuera me anularon la reserva, al llamar al hotel fueros déspotas y dijieron sutilmente "deberás buscar otro alojamiento" dejándome con mi familia afuera. Para nunca más poca seriedad y mal trato del personal.

Instalaciones defectuosas, desayuno de muy mala calidad, precio exhorbitante, lugar sucio, etc. Es un lugar que aprovechó la contingencia de la maratón de viña para cobrar un valor fuera de cualquier parámetro. Nos sentimos muy engañados

Baño muy limpio , desayuno básico pero agradable

Cons:

al abrir la sábana se encontró un trozo de palo y se supone que estaba recién hecha , tenia olor a encierro la habitación , el Frigobar estaba vacío y en el correo que me llegó salía que el frigobar estaría lleno y de lo que saqué se cobraría pero no había nada :/

La habitación cuádruple superior en la descripción en Booking incluye hidromasaje pero la tina funciona solo como ducha... Dentro de nuestro plan la idea era disfrutar del hidromasaje y no se pudo...

No es Hotel, es una residencia muy mal cuidada

Para nada vale lo que cobran. Malas instalaciones, la puerta de la habitación está suelto el marco por lo que se ve para adentro, el control de la tele malo, no sale agua en la ducha por lo que ni nos pudimos bañar. Las toallas que te pasan son asquerosas de viejas. Te molestan a cada rato por los autos ya que el estacionamiento es pequeño y los tienen que ir acomodando y lo peor es que se pusieron a pintar la escalera de la entrada con todos los huéspedes. Todo olor a pintura tóxica. La gente tenía que subir equilibrados para no caerse. Nos manchamos con pintura pantalones y zapatillas. No es Hotel... es una residencial muy mal cuidada
