Pros:

The staff first of all, at the reception, at the breakfast space, the cleaning ladies, very helpful and gentile. The location is perfect, in the center of taksim near to the metro. The breakfast was really nice. The beds very comfortable. I'll definitely come again at this hotel.

We liked the staff reception Especially the manager Ahmet Bey who helped us a lot during our stay But also a cleaning woman with the veil, the gentleman who looked like Marco Reus in the room or had breakfast The proximity of the metro and taksim square, but also for tea lovers who were at will

İt was perfect
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 days. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Every part of the property was thoughtfully designed, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would be happy to return in the future

الفندق مره حلو ونظيف و الموظفين متعاونين جداً وعجبني الفطور مره كثير الأصناف و الطعم حلووو استمتعت في الفندق والله كاني في بيتنا

الصراحه كل شيء ممتاز بس المصعد صغير شوي و التكييف ممتاز بس مرات يفصل التبريد ولكنه جيد

Pros:

We booked 3 days staycations. We arrived late the first day and were told full here already. We felt tired and frustrated but the reception manager was very nice and helped to arrange an upgraded hotel in same groups. A little bit noisy compared to this hotel but got free massage for free. That made our day!!! If I will have holidays here again, I will still choose Aven hotel, strongly recommend !

Ubicación perfecta, todo muy limpio, smart TV, el desayuno rico, staff muy amable sobretodo el personal de día.

Cons:

Sería bueno que las cortinas pudieran hacer black out. Entra mucha luz para los que no podemos dormir con la luz fuerte.
