Pros:

Lage ist sehr zentral, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was disappointed with the room I received at your hotel because it was far too small for two people.

I booked a standard double room with one bed through Booking.com. According to the description on the website, the room was approximately 247 sq. ft. (23 m²). However, the actual room measured only about 3 × 2.5 metres (7.5 m²).

The room had only one chair, meaning that if one person wanted to sit, the other had to sit on the bed. Furthermore, there was barely enough space for two people to move around. One person had to wait for the other to pass before moving through the room.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the room size advertised on Booking.com. The room I received did not correspond to the description provided at the time of booking.

I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation regarding this discrepancy.

Great value for money, clean, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff & service, the value for money, and the level of cleanliness.

Cons:

I think the toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and conditioner could have been stocked more frequently (we had to ask for more when they were finished). The rooms could have also been cooler, it was quite hot.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale a due passi dai trasporti. Personale cordiale. Struttura pulita.
Le stanze sono un po' piccole.
La colazione è da migliorare, soprattutto inerente al dolce.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
