Необходимо сделать ремонт, особенно в санузел к номера 1704, поставить микроволновку в зоне завтрака и научиться произво

Расположение -минута до метро и улицы Истикляль, в номере было тихо, тепло

Cons:

Отелю требуется ремонт, у нас в номере на 7 этаже душ был полуразвален, мебель вся в царапинах, местами что-то подклеено, но сбоку висит кусок клея- цель этого микро ремонта непонятна . Завтрак- голодным не останешься, но и есть особо нечего,все холодное, микроволновки нет чтоб разогреть, положение спасает вкусный сыр и симиты.

Pros:

The rooms, corridors, entrance, and even the dining room are kept clean; even the pepper and salt containers are regularly cleaned. The food is varied and delicious, and the staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent.

Cons:

The elevator is very narrow and only comfortably fits two people. We had to wait several times to get it. Apart from that, this hotel is excellent.

Hotel is good of you like to travel on a budget.
Pros:

Location js good, bed is comfortable

Cons:

Hotel is pretty old and rooms are very small (at least the one we got). Hotel staff is okay but not the friendliest. Breakfast is good for the price. Bathroom in room was in a bad condition, especially the shower.

Для нас на самом деле все было действительно плохо. Мы приехали в отель в полночь и нам сообщили, что от Booking поступила информация, что мы отменили свою бронь и свободных номеров в отеле нет. А у меня на руках подтвержденная бронь. Персонал делал все возможное, чтобы помочь нам. Предложили на ночь номер без окна, маленький, с низким потолком, где было ужасно холодно и некомфортно. В итоге, мы заселились в соседний отель. Как так получилось? Мы путешествуем с Booking не один десяток лет и такая проблема впервые. И раз Booking предложил написать отзыв, значит моя бронь была действующей. я бы не поставила никакой оценки, то система не разрешает.
