Nice stay
Pros:

Very nice helpful staff , the day i was leaving i missed the breakfast and they offered a plate for me before leaving.

Cons:

The room isolation is poor unfortunately. I couldnt sleep comfortably in the morning because the cleaners were talking in the corridor and if they were inside my room. Only one small elevator for two persons for the whole hotel

Pros:

excellent location (safe, 100m walking from Taxim sq). friendly and helpful personnel (could arrange transportation from and to airport, as well as other locations, specially if you are with a big group (eg 8 people). cute and clean room (could be small if you stay more days and carry a lot of luggage). rich breakfast with local ingredients.

Cons:

Coffee could be better (turkish coffee was not an option) as well as TV channel in english (for news/movies), otherwise you would have to enter your NETFLIX codes)

Больше не остановлюсь. За эти деньги вполне можно выбрать другой отель
Pros:

Завтрак был неплохой. Удобная локация.

Cons:

Номер не был хорошо убран. Окно не открывается на проветривание. Дверцы шкафа двигаются с трудом. Стандарт больше похож на дешевый эконом.

Buen Hotel con buena relación calidad precio !

Está súper bien ubicado ,a unos minutos de la plaza Taksim y comunicado con el metro y muchos puntos de interés ,muy limpio todo y el desayuno está muy bien ,aparte q es un desayuno buffet cosa q se agradece y tienes café y té todo el día en el comedor .

Cons:

Primero tuvimos varios inconvenientes al hacer el checking ,primero la llave de la habitación no abría y tuvieron q cambiarnos de habitación,luego el colchón de la 2da habitación estaba roto por un lateral ,por lo que me cambiaron q otra habitación más ,lo q se hace pesado después de un viaje largo ,aunq todo fue solucionado.
Y no menos importante el ascensor es muy pequeño y no da a basto para la cantidad de habitaciones q tiene el hotel q tampoco son muchas ,por lo q en muchos momentos subía y bajaba por las escaleras desde el 4to piso.
Así y todo por el precio q pagué y los detalles positivos q dije antes ,volvería sin dudarlo!

Beim ersten Betreten des Hotels waren meine Frau und ich sehr positiv überrascht und begeistert. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und einladend. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Herrn Ali sowie bei dem syrischen Elektriker bedanken – beide waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Solche Mitarbeiter tragen wirklich dazu bei, dass man sich willkommen fühlt.

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und boten nur wenig Platz, was den Aufenthalt etwas eingeschränkt hat. Auch der Aufzug war sehr eng, was besonders mit Gepäck unpraktisch war. Das Badezimmer wirkte etwas veraltet und die große Dusche funktionierte leider nicht richtig.

Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Internet, das sehr langsam und instabil war. Zudem war die Schalldämmung im Hotel ziemlich schwach, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich hören konnte.

Trotz dieser Mängel war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt in Ordnung. Mit einigen Verbesserungen könnte das Hotel wirklich deutlich besser sein. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
