Aven Hotel

The room was a bit small for us, and the bed was slightly uncomfortable.

My room was small and old. On the pictures it is bright and big, but I got view on backyard, so it was dark. Elevator is small, for 3 persons.

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que ir una noche a otra habitación porque no tenían disponible nuestra reserva de 2 camas individuales, aunque hacía 3 meses lo teníamos confirmado. Pedimos almohadas extra y solo nos dieron una.

Séjour extrêmement décevant. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil à la réception a été déplorable : personnel peu professionnel, aucune considération pour les clients et une impression générale de désorganisation totale.
La chambre était loin d’être à la hauteur, surtout la salle de bain qui était dans un état très mauvais : équipements usés, manque d’entretien évident et hygiène plus que douteuse. En plus de cela, des mauvaises odeurs provenant des sanitaires étaient présentes en permanence, rendant le séjour vraiment désagréable.
Le wifi est inutilisable : connexion qui se déconnecte toutes les 3 minutes, impossible de travailler ou même de naviguer normalement. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique et service client inexistant.
Extremely disappointing stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception service was terrible: unprofessional staff, no consideration for guests, and a general feeling of complete disorganization.
The room was far below expectations, especially the bathroom, which was in very poor condition: worn-out equipment, obvious lack of maintenance, and very questionable hygiene standards. On top of that, there were constant bad odors coming from the sanitary facilities, making the stay truly unpleasant.
The Wi-Fi was unusable: the connection disconnected every 3 minutes, making it impossible to work or even browse properly
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Terrible value for money and non-existent customer service.

Чуть чуть тонковаты стены, когда в соседнем номере громко разговаривали, немного мешало спать, но это не проблема для россиянина ия просто поговорил с соседями о жизни и все в порядке.

Me dieron habitación que no era la reservada,más pequeña. Reclame y me dieron otra en primer piso parecida a la que contrate no la misma. Parecía haber sido usada por el personal habitualmente, mucho olor a cigarrillo. Nunca funcionó DTV. A pesar del reclamo. Mi pareja dejó un pantalon para lavar, nunca lo hicieron tuvo que retirarlo sucio... en definitiva, mediocre experiencia, mala organización, suplida parcialmente por el esfuerzo de Jan y el resto del personal. Volvería sin duda a Taksim pero probaría otro hotel cercano

Nous avons du changer de chambre, la première chambre sans fenêtre ni clim en sous sol, pas très agréable.

The room was very small, especially for three adults, and there was hardly any space available for luggage or personal belongings.

Another disappointing aspect was the airport transfer arrangement. Before our arrival, I was offered a transfer service online at a higher price than the one displayed at the reception desk upon arrival. Although I had already accepted the online rate, I found it unfair that guests were being charged more than the standard price shown at the hotel. When I raised the issue, the explanations provided were unclear and unconvincing.

Overall, I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel.

Hissen var alldeles för liten och trång, med väldigt ont om plats – särskilt om man har barnvagn. Det fanns knappt utrymme för två personer och en resevagn. Vid ett tillfälle var vi tvungna att bära ner barnvagnen eftersom det var kö till hissen vid frukostdags. Eftersom gäster från de högre våningarna också behövde använda hissen blev man ibland tvungen att ta trapporna istället.
