Memorable. Reaneoa was a wonderful host who went beyond his call of duty to make us comfortable
Pros:

The place is beautiful. I love the aesthetics of the rooms. The staff is incredible, especially Doreen.

Cons:

They can invest in having a lift to get to the 1st floor. It is not fair to expect staff to carry the guests’ luggage up the stairs. They did it without complaining but I felt bad for them.
I was also disappointed that they did not have plain yoghurt at breakfast.

A fair stop over
Pros:

Lovely room which was comfortable and clean. Restaurant Manager was good and hands-on.

Cons:

Room was only kitted out for one person. One towel, one coffee, one sweetner etc. After pointing this out it was half sorted and they needed to return a second time. Whatever we asked for in the bar was not available. Dinner and breakfast were good but extremely expensive

Good experience. Would stay there again if we are in the area.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast. Cresta Grande was a lovely Hotel. We only stayed 1 night but all was great.
