My hassles at the beginning of my stay was my fault, but the number given to me were incorrect
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

1) I had a problem with accessing the property.
2) Booking.com has my home email address so I could not get any emails on my Cel.
I had just arrived from another country and had no access to data or phone in Japan.
3) The unit was never cleaned.

Great location out of the busy area of Shinjuku but can still walk there. About 20mins walk. Very close to train station
Pros:

Location to train stations, Shinjuku.

Cons:

Sofa bed. Not enough space for 2 adults and a teenager.
