Horrible customer service!
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

They weren’t helpful in the hotel, booked a non smoking room through booking.com, ended up with a smoking room. Cancelled and they were less than helpful. Charged me over a hundred dollars to not even stay there.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The room was great the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The tv was hit or miss most times it'd say no signal. Also the casino not taking 1s or 5s was very inconvenient.
