Amazing view from the balcony. We had a problem with the room, the woman working at the reception helped us to get another room. Good location near the Metro Sinshane and good price. No breakfast

Ok for the price.
Pros:

Nice location and relatively close to Istiklal.
For the price it was ok.

Cons:

Very noisy rooms. Very bad sound isolation.
Carpets and sealing of the doors would be great.

I booked the stay with parking and my car ended up getting a big dent. No one took responsibility for it.

Pros:

Location was excellent. View was exceptional. Food points near the hotel are fabulous. Staff is friendly when you can at last get hold of them.

Cons:

It was difficult to get hold of staff to need anything. I would say that the hotel is less well staffed- thats why.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen mit toller Aussicht sowohl vom Balkon unseres Zimmers als auch von der gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse - besonders schön der Sonnenuntergang über dem Bosporus. Nähe zum Galataturm und eine Metrostation direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal und absolut sauber. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Чистота на нуле, комнату не убирали, постель не меняли, на постели были пятна мужкие и женские волосы. Было очень противно

Zgomot mult , nu se poate dormi, nu are izolare fonică, pe site scrie ca are breakfast dar nu este , parcare jalnică, scrie că e acoperită dar e doar un garaj foarte murdar , am lăsat mașina acolo si am găsit-o zgariata si plină de zgură, nu recomand.

Pros:

Good location, good price, nice rooftop terrace with great views.

Cons:

Power in my room went out in the morning, I suspect because of the power-room card check thing that malfunctioned somehow. Power would go back on after i took my room card out and back in.

Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Konum olarak da otel çok iyi.

Cons:

Zemindeki eğim kötü olduğu için duş sonrası tüm banyo ıslanıyor. Üstelik check in saatinden epey sonra oda hazır hale getildi.
