The room reeked of poop and was dirty.
Pros:

The water pressure was nice in the shower. The location was of fine distance to the tube.

Cons:

The room REEKED of sewage and poop constantly. The hallways smelled like mildew. There was a hair on the shower wall and dirt. Cobwebs in the room and hallways. Dirt on the floorboards in the room. Truly, not good. Customer service was also poor. Super communicative before I had complaints, then would take extremely long to get back to me.

Other than the smell after returning from our evening, it was a very pleasant stay and would return again should we come
Pros:

Much bigger than we thought it would be. Room spacious and clean. No staff to check us in but instruction easy enough to do alone which was nice.

Cons:

We went out for the evening and returned to an unpleasant smell in the room. We had closed the window due to being in the “basement” and didn’t want anyone coming in (we are in London after all) as it was easily accessible from the street. Seemed the sewage system for the property may need upgrading as the room stank of waste water which wasn’t great. Other than this the property was great.

Molto basic
Pros:

Zona residenziale tranquilla, super comoda, vicino a due fermate metropolitana e tre linee (circle, district, piccadilly). Supermercati e diversi ristoranti/take away a breve distanza.

Cons:

Molto basic, odore di fogna persistente, zero armadi in camera. Check in con busta sulla scrivania all'ingresso, pulizie su richiesta, ideale solo per soggiorni brevi, non più di due notti.

A bit of cleaning and it would have been reasonable value for money.
Pros:

Communication before arrival was great, there was a TV with Netflix in the room, the bed was comfy and the type of room (top floor double) was completely reasonable for the price. Included wall hooks and plenty of hangers to substitute for no wardrobe.

Cons:

They had ran out of towels, and the lady on ‘reception’ wasn’t particularly helpful - she did confirm we would get some the next day, but we were only there for one night… if they had communicated this before our arrival, we could have bought our own.
The bathroom had quite clearly not been deep cleaned in a very long time - clumps of dust around the extractor fan (which is eye level if you’re tall) and in the corners of the floor, limescale around the bathroom tiles, etc.
The toilet seat was broken, the sink tap was just about holding on, and the skirting board when entering the bathroom looked like it had been mulled by a dog.
The kettle could have also used a bit of limescale remover..

Good value for the location
Pros:

Really good value for the location and easy access to the city and the airport.

Cons:

Having owned a property in that Victorian estate, the plumbing was a bit smelly because sewers were designed for a single residential application and don't cope very well with multi-person occupation.

Very small room, but perfect for one and great location
Pros:

Great location. Room was clean

Cons:

There was a fan in the bathroom but it didn’t have a switch so the bathroom did have a bit of a smell the second day. Also wasn’t super keen that the keys were all just left on the side with no one there to check in. I could’ve picked up anyone’s keys who was checking in that day
