Lovely room with super comfy bed. Great price for a good location.
Pros:

A really great price (although I got a discount through booking.com) for such a good location in London. Less than 10 minutes to the tube and so easy to get into the centre of London. In a cute area that I felt very safe in.

Cons:

The kettle didn't look like it had much use and the inside was quite concerning. I cleaned it a bit myself and there was still residue. The kettle was also tiny and really only made 2 cups at a time. A mini fridge would have been a nice addition but as we were there in January we resorted to putting what need to be kept cold outside on the tiny balcony.

Soggiorno perfetto per una coppia a Londra
Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e l' arredamento, compresi i colori della stanza che danno un senso di relax. La stanza presenta la maggior parte dei comfort tra cui : bollitore per l' acqua, tazze, caffè in polvere, biscotti, the, asciugamani, asciugacapelli e sapone.
Molto apprezzata anche la luminosità della stanza e la comodità del letto.
La stanza presenta un buon sistema di riscaldamento, il parquet e gli attacchi USB per caricare il telefono.
Il bagno si presenta di piccole dimensioni ma funzionale con tutto l'occorrente necessario.
Ottima anche la presenza di una TV.
Anche il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile!
Ottima struttura, consigliata!

Cons:

Soggiorno piacevole, anche se con qualche piccola mancanza. La stanza è un po' raccolta, il che giustifica la presenza di un semplice appendiabiti al posto di un armadio vero e proprio. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare il comfort: sarebbe stato utile trovare un tappetino in bagno all'uscita della vasca.

enjoyable but bathroom/heating room 12 needs fixing
Pros:

This hotel got 7/10 from me. If in room 12:
1. they replaced the missized toilet seat so it doesnt swivel and trap your legs (or worse), and fixed the loo holder at a 90 degree angle, it would get an 8
2. they fixed the shower so raging hot water too hot to shower in it would get a 9
3. they installed wall radiators/heaters vs the mobile hot element heater that one day someone will make the mistake of placing clothes to dry on it and hence fire risk as on eof our tenants once did, (I had to be careful it was well away from the bed in case the duvet slid off for this reason), and also provide blankets - room was cold - it would get a 10.
4. finally they ensured the passcode is not on display on the table through the front door, that would make everyone staying there feel alot more secure.
Other than this, it's perfect Nice quiet street. Nicely decorated and a decent price and perfect 10 min walk to Olympia. Plenty of cafes about for breakfast/dinner. Try the chinese Shu whatever it was called. Excellent food and also good priced.

I had problem with shower water. As there was no at reception, I called a number provided, one person replied he was no more working and the second one replied very late so i had go for meeting without taking shower.

All'inizio abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita ma poi in 3 giorni nessuno è venuto a pulire nonostante avessimo chiesto di svuotare quantomeno i cestini e poi x essere un hotel il personale era presente solo il pomeriggio in determinati orari x fare il checkin
