The only member of staff I saw was a cleaner. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The toilet seat didn't fit and kept falling forward when sitting on it. The lower floor where I was smelt very strongly of cats, not sure if it came from the dirty linen bags stored in the hallway. The toilet seat had stains on it possibly from not being cleaned. There was cat mess outside the garden door and an empty plastic cup. There was no breakfast arrangements, not even mention of local facilities to obtain breakfast. I picked up a piece of rubbish on the bathroom floor. The tiles in the shower were showing signs of what is likely to become mould. There was no ventilation, so thank goodness it had not been the week before in temperatures of 30°.

Terrible
Pros:

I like the decor, and how close it was to the venue

Cons:

The shower and bathroom was far too small (I'm 6 feet tall), 5 flights of stairs, no staff when I arrived, wifi signal was poor, VERY hot in room (but that was because it was in direct sunlight so can't really complain there), the other guests were very loud.

Ok for 1 or 2 nights but wouldn’t use for longer.only after looking for other venue.

I’m 68 and room was top floor 6 flights of stairs🙁. No staff to assist.
Toilet seat totally loose.
To use shower bit dangerous as bath so slippery, shower mat would be good.
Chipped sink, double doors to Juliet balcony could not lock. Kettle was manky not descaled. Tap on sink was really loose.

Fine for the price for 1 night good location but ceiling needs looking at
Pros:

Location good. Room fine for 1 night and better than horror stories on TripAdvisor

Cons:

Ceiling leaked near the window ( Room 2) for about 20 minutes on and off when someone had a shower upstairs

Pros:

The location was good. That is all.

Cons:

The walls were dirty or covered in mould. There were no kitchen towels, oven trays, salt, pepper basic kitchen amenities. The walls are incredibly thin and whoever was above us decided to rearrange furniture and stomp very loudly at 1am-5am in the morning. The reception numbers were different and the staff were extremely slow at responding to any questions or needs. The general lack of care was poor.

It done the job for one night, considering the only thing I did was sleep there. If it was a longer stay, I wouldn’t rec
Pros:

The location was close to to the nearest tube station and was in a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was of a good size.

Cons:

The bathroom had a sewer smell to it. When I went to retrieve an item I dropped under the bed, it was dirty underneath.

Very good value for money and would stay again if I was working in the area.
Pros:

Close to the Olympia venue and good value for money in the area. Bed and pillows were also comfortable and a decent shower. Can open up the French windows and bathroom skylight to get a breeze flow through

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom and the fan provided wasn't ideal - the attic room gets very hot in a heat wave so a powerful desktop fan would have been better.
