Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla metro e in un quartiere silenzioso. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la comodità del self check-in e check-out, gestiti in totale autonomia. Inoltre, è possibile accedere alla struttura tramite codice per lasciare i bagagli, un servizio utilissimo per chi arriva in anticipo o parte tardi. La nostra stanza (la n. 5 al piano terra) era essenziale ma dotata di tutto: letto matrimoniale, scrivania, TV e un bel balconcino. Bagno completo di asciugamani, sapone e asciugacapelli. Un tocco di cortesia molto gradito: l'angolo con bollitore, tè, caffè e biscottini.

Cons:

Da rivedere l’illuminazione un po’ più forte al bagno utile per il momento del trucco e la ventola al bagno

Really comfortable stay and would definitely stay again and will recommend to others
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable and clean and the shower was amazing. The water pressure was good and water was hot. The tv was also great as had all the apps you could want such as Netflix and Disney plus.

Good value for a no-frills hotel in West London
Pros:

This is a small, no-frills hotel. It wouldn't necessarily be my first choice for a longer stay, but I needed a decent room for one night before a flight at Heathrow the next morning, and this hotel's competitive pricing and proximity to the Picadilly Underground line made it perfect for that. There are a good number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor, which meant climbing three flights with our luggage. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. The bathroom was quite small, which is to be expected considering the great price and the nature of the building.

El hotel está muy bien pero falla la gestión y el mantenimiento
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, era espaciosa y luminosa. El baño también estaba muy bien. La ubicación muy buena, en una calle muy tranquila.

Cons:

Cuando llegué no había secador y no pude obtener uno hasta bien entrada la noche. El grifo de la ducha estaba estropeado, sólo salía agua demasiado caliente. Llamé para que lo arreglaran, me dijeron que lo harían, no tuve noticias y cuando regresé no estaba arreglado. Al final lo arreglaron pero durante dos días no pude tomar una ducha como dios manda.

Pros:

Il quartiere era molto bello e pulito, con due fermate della metro e anche del pullman a pochissimi metri.
La stanza era pulita e luminosa, abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la doccia risolto praticamente subito.

Cons:

La stanza era piccola peró dovendoci solo dormire è andata bene così.
L'unica cosa che non abbiamo capito (e non ci é piaciuta) era la porta del bagno: una porta a soffietto ma fatta di vetro con davanti uno specchio quindi dal letto si vedeva tutto (zero privacy insomma).

La posizione vicino all'Olympia

Cons:

Non c'è mai nessuno in reception. Una mattina è scattato l'allarme antincendio che è rimasto acceso per più di un'ora. Gli ospiti dell'albergo hanno dovuto chiamare la polizia perché non c'era nessuno a sorvegliare e a intervenire. Se ci fosse stato davvero un incendio, io non starei scrivendo questa recensione. Un vago odore di stantio nelle parti comuni. Non c'era il phon in camera.

Pros:

The location is really nice, and the hotel is quiet, pleasant to stay in.

Cons:

After my stay I had to struggle for 2 weeks, making dozens of phone calls, to finally get the invoice I needed, and that the guy at the desk had promised to send me. Terrible contact with their customers.

Last Time I'm Stay Here
Pros:

Good location. Close to subways.

Cons:

The shower was clogged, and every time I tried to take a shower, it would flood over. I contacted the front desk three times, plus I left a note at the front desk, and nobody ever came and fixed the shower, even though the receptionist said someone would fix it. Also, the silverware was used and not cleaned.
