Pros:

Przede wszystkim czysto, czułam się jak w domu. Pokój bardzo wygodny, ładny. Polecam wszystkim i sama na pewno jeszcze skorzystam.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento, que dispusiera de horno, lavadora, y utensilios de limpieza

Cons:

Algo sucio, con telarañas, marcas en la pared.El colchón muy duro. La puerta al patio costaba de cerrar, teníamos acceso a este pero no el mobiliario exterior era escaso y en malas condiciones

Cons:

Der Geruch der nicht zu ertragen war , jedes Mal wenn jemand auf der Toilette war , roch man es im ganzem Zimmer. ( 3 Bett Zimmer Nr.3) dann wurde vor dem Fenster was auch immer gereinigt und man hatte das Gefühl mal steht in einer Kläranlage, was absolut nicht nachvollziehbar war.
Dann hatten wir plötzlich eine Wasser Pfütze vor dem Bett, die wie man uns mitteilte aus der Lampe an der Decke kommt.
Laut Personal solle es einen Zimmerwechsel geben, der nie stattgefunden hat..abgesehen von den Wasser Flecken usw. Höchst unprofessionell und nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Night 1, toilet had overflowed when we got back. We were woken 5 times by the staff between midnight and 6 a.m. regarding the toilet issue. The two occupants of that twin room were moved at 6 a.m. to a double room and got almost no sleep. The next day, night 2, their belongings were packed up bybthe staff without permission while we were out and we were told when we came back that they had to go to another hotel, which was a double room, not a twin room. The third guest had to stay at the original hotel on their own. The new hotel room was tiny, dirty and unacceptable. The experience ruined our trip and the property was managed terribly.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even carrying my bags up to my room on the top floor. I love the location in West London near many of my favourite places. The direct tube to St Pancras is a bonus.

La ubicación era muy cercana a la linea de metro y nos hemos movido con facilidad por las zonas más turísticas.

Cons:

Los precios de los alojamientos en Londres están demasiado elevados para la calidad que ofrecen. El lugar estaba limpio y aunque se notaban descuidadas no estuvimos mal en la planta de arriba. Mis padres en cambio, que estaban en la planta baja, han tenido que convivir con un fuerte olor a bajante y la presión del agua de la ducha era pésima para estar en un bajo. La última noche nos han tenido que trasladar a otro hotel porque un atasco provocó que se inundase la habitación y saliese el agua del WC. El olor era horrible y estaban todas las heces acumuladas ahí.
La persona que nos atendió nos ha reubicado rápidamente porque en nuestro hotel no había habitaciones disponibles.
Una cosa a tener cuenta es que no disponen de linea se WhatsApp, así que toca llamar a un número inglés.

Weird bathroom doors
Pros:

Good location close to station and good size room

Cons:

Odd smell in the hallways, and the bathroom just has a sliding barn-style frosted glass door that doesn't actually close, just blocks the entrance? Not much privacy

Everything. This place shouldn’t be operating. There is a known drainage problem which becomes obvious the minute you enter the hotel. The rooms are filthy it was the most uncomfortable night at a hotel in a long time. Nothing functions properly it’s very poor we ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The property was close to the Olympia and the Tube Station.

Cons:

The property needs updating. There was a lot of flaking paint, broken skirting boards and didn’t really live up to the expectations of a ‘deluxe twin’. The cleaning standards are not great, there was dust on the inside of a sliding door for the bathroom which was also very wobbly. Shower had yellow body fat around edges and plug hole and the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding off. The smell as you enter the hotel is a bit unpleasant. The room was supposed to be a twin, I specifically asked for 2 separate single beds and ended up with a very small room with two single beds pushed together.
