Pros:

Booked the hotel as attended a concert in British Airways ARC, hotel was a 5 minute walk from there and also a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith Station.
Room was clean and easy to access with code.
Telephone numbers provided to call housekeeping staff if needed.

Cons:

Noone on reception desk just an envelope with a key, could have someone there to greet and welcome during check-in times.
Room quite small but expected in the area.

Room was as described, more Airbnb vibes then proper hotel but great deal for the price!

Cons:

Floors were quite dirty in the room. Lights in the bathroom were aggressively hot when turned on and ventilation fan didn’t work. No amenities provided besides hand soap and toilet paper (listing said there would be toiletries and a hair dryer).

There was water stains all over the walls and in the bathroom like there had been a leak which hasn’t been cleaned yet. There was a fan in the room that was caked in dust

Lady on reception very welcoming & helpful. Room clean & comfortable.

Hotel name & entrance unclear, knocked at neighbours house in error. Roadside parking £8 + phr. Parking facility 25 min walk back to hotel 12 - 24hrs costing £33. Walk to High Street ok.. Not used to Lonfon parking costs.

The floor in the room apartment I do r know what they r putting g on there but don’t feel buffed and the shower in the apartment room is so slippery u would need a bath mat

I am not happy with the room I stayed or the service

The location is good

Cons:

There are ants in the room and the floor feel oily if my feet are damp after walk out of toilet. There is also spider in my room. I complaint to the staff but nothing solves. Also no room service at all for 5 days 4 nights I stayed there. Later I also found some ants died in my water bottle...

Bon malgré la chaleur
Pros:

Proche de plusieurs stations de métro, il était plutôt simple de se déplacer en centre ou dans les autres parties de la ville. La rue est assez calme. La chambre est plutôt petite mais contient tout le nécessaire quand on veut un endroit où dormir

Cons:

Plutôt lié à la canicule mais l’établissement malgré qu’il fournisse un ventilateur les pièces restent chaudes et le sommeil est du coup plus complexe. L’établissement est aussi très discret et on peut passer devant sans le remarquer .
