Lovely very old buildings redone into a nice hotel in the middle of Bergen
Pros:

This is a very old building cobbled together to make a fascinating place. Lots of wood and wandering halls and glass elevator. Location is right in the middle of the tourist part and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We love old buildings and didn’t mind that all the wood made the room a bit dark.
If you want a modern place don’t come here, but if you like redone old, it’s great.

Ask for a quiet room
Pros:

The first room we had looked very tired, no phone charging facilities and was very noisy from the night club. But we asked to change and they gave us the most wonderful room with everything we could have wanted for no change in price

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Wunderschönes zentral gelegenes individuelles Hotel. Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer und großes Bad. Gutes Frühstück. Kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt war die Disco nebenan mit dröhnender Musik bis 3.00 Uhr

sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir durften mit dem Motorrädern am Haus parken. Alle waren wahnsinnig aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war super und die Lage ist fantastisch, einfach mittendrin. Das Hotel verbindet zwei bryggehäuser, das gibt eine spezielle Identität. Große Klasse!

Beautiful hotel in a great quayside location
Pros:

The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the Quay, in a sensitively-restored historic building. I loved the glass lift between the two sections of the hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a particularly smart bathroom! There was a good choice of breakfast items too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was no problem leaving our luggage after checking out

Cons:

No complaints at all! There was quite a lot of noise / loud music from the street outside on Saturday night, but as Bergen is clearly a party town I think that's inevitable

Pros:

Characterful hotel in super location! Lovely large and comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Walk across the road to the fish market and the airport bus.

Cons:

It’s expensive in summer (but still better priced than nearby accommodation).
