Great room in Palermo
Pros:

Great apartment for our stay in Palermo. Host was very friendly and helpful and made storing our luggage after we had checked out possible.

Soggiorno Top!
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Palermo, a breve distanza si trova il Teatro Politeama e ci sono anche le fermate del bus per l’aeroporto, ma allo stesso tempo struttura silenziosa durante le ore notturne. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti ristoranti, bar, negozi e attività.
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nell’accoglierci e anche nel darci molti consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
Possibilità di depositare i bagagli in accordo con il proprietario.
Stanza accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort e presenza di una zona comune con cucina.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo!
Approvato e super consigliato!!!

Prima appartement voor bezoek aan stad met host als digitale gids.
Pros:

Locatie in winkelgebied met horeca van stad. Gezellig ingericht appartement met balkonnetje. Roberto is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer met veel nuttige tips. Rustig appartement maar toch in gezellig drukke omgeving. Parkeergarage met vriendelijk personeel om de hoek (sleutel afgeven, zondag tussen 11 en 19 uur gesloten)

Emplacement idéal, tranquille et hôte fantastique
Pros:

Appartement stratégiquement situé dans une rue tranquille. Bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine pour ceux qui ne veulent pas manger à l’extérieur tout le temps. Chambre confortable. Et hôte impeccable, très serviable et disponible !

Cons:

L’espace commun (cuisine) est petit si tous les invités occupent cet espace au même moment.

Nice room to stay at a good location
Pros:

We stayed three nights and it was a really comfortable stay in Palermo:) The location is great with restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to all the Palermo historic sights. Roberto is great host, responsive and helpful with tips where to eat and so on. Also I have enjoyed the small espresso maker in the shared kitchen and sipping that coffee on the small typical Italian balcony:)

Cons:

Only thing what would be great to have is some private small table and chair in the room in case of need of working. But there are shared tables in the kitchen so its doable.

Excellent host, helped with extra towels and recommendations for good restaurants. Comfortable small room, enough for what was needed. Nice kitchen with coffee and moka pot.

Soggiorno stupendo. Host a completa disposizione. Stanza molto pulita e attrezzata. Soggiorno top

Host gentilissimo e super disponibile. Struttura molto bella e molto pulita. Zona comodissima e centrale. Comoda anche per areoporto o stazione. Avviso solamente chi ha problemi ci sono scale no ascensore. Tutto perfetto

Very pleasant stay in the city of Palermo
Pros:

Very friendly host, we got a lot of recommendations from him and he made our stay really special.
Room and bathroom were clean
There was the kettle in the room and variety of teas
Location of the apartment is really good - the street is not so crowded, but it's near to the city center (around 20 mins walk), nice cafes and bars nearby
Overall, very very good experience

Cons:

Room was little bit to small, but it's fine for the short stay
In our apartment we could hear some kind of pump from outside it was working few times per night, so sometimes it was waking me up
Some small shelf in the shower would be really useful

Posizione strategica, a piedi in pochi minuti si è subito in centro, Roberto gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli, grazie! La camera grande a discapito però del bagno veramente molto piccolo, soprattutto la doccia. La pulizia è da migliorare. Letti comodi.
