Personnel professionnel et cool. Sauf le bruit environnent, le reste me semble bien, bonne nourriture, proproté exceptionnelle. J'ai eu un très séjour magnifique. Je donne 4.5/5 et bonne continuation.

Eigentlich ganz gut.
Pros:

Die Räume sind groß und wirklich schön (Deluxe) es ist ein tolles Konzept. Außen die Zimmer und in der Mitte eine Art Piazza. Hier kann man essen und trinken, dass essen schmeckt auch super. Die Preise sind teilweise zu hoch, aber nicht höher als in London oder New York.

Cons:

Das Personal. Die Dame am Schalter war mega unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Fast schon desinteressiert. Keine Verantwortung für Fehler, sodass der Kollege es am nächsten Tag ausbaden musste. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugesagt, und am nächsten Tag lag es wohl an uns, wir haben die wohl falsch verstanden. Ich finde Aufrichtigkeit und Problemlösung ist das Wichtigste, das hat der Kollege am nächsten Tag gemacht.
