Eigentlich ganz gut.
Pros:

Die Räume sind groß und wirklich schön (Deluxe) es ist ein tolles Konzept. Außen die Zimmer und in der Mitte eine Art Piazza. Hier kann man essen und trinken, dass essen schmeckt auch super. Die Preise sind teilweise zu hoch, aber nicht höher als in London oder New York.

Cons:

Das Personal. Die Dame am Schalter war mega unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Fast schon desinteressiert. Keine Verantwortung für Fehler, sodass der Kollege es am nächsten Tag ausbaden musste. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugesagt, und am nächsten Tag lag es wohl an uns, wir haben die wohl falsch verstanden. Ich finde Aufrichtigkeit und Problemlösung ist das Wichtigste, das hat der Kollege am nächsten Tag gemacht.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff members were helpful, welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, great location close to my meetings.

Very unprofessional
Cons:

I booked the room and received confirmation from booking and the hotels via mail. 2 hours later. The hotel contacted me on WhatsApp to say that they had no rooms available and I had to go back on booking.com to cancel the reservation. Overall experience very unprofessional

Comfortable, quiet and clean
Pros:

The staff. The person who welcomed me. Was very professional and friendly.
At the end of my stay the same staff member was extremely helpful.

Cons:

For the short time spent there, nothing much, the light next to the bed wasn't working.

Great location, nice, clean, big rooms, breakfast.
Pros:

Great location to explore Kinshasa, on Victory Square, nice, big and clean room, friendly and helpfull staff, Nathalie, maneger and security guys. They also arange driver for me, on my request and I visited amazing Lola Ya Bonobo 🦧🦧🦧 Sanctuary outside Kinshasa and I enjoyed.

Pros:

The room was massive and well maintained.

Cons:

Couple times my visitors were refused entry to my room because they forgot their IDs. My friends and I have been in all your hotels but the Victoire hotel it is the only applied that rule. It is really embarrassing to refuse visitors entry in the room front of your client.
