Amazing location!
Pros:

Loved the location, the mini mart downstairs! We loved A.P Bakery! Staff were very friendly and we loved the complimentary lemon water aswell. The automatic shade curtains were also a stand out!

Cons:

Some sockets and lamps didn't work. Could use more cushions on the couch we ended up using the pillows on the bed.

Such a fun, trendy hotel
Pros:

Loved everything about this property. The convenience of all the amenities and the location was amazing. All the reception staff were very friendly (esp girl who checked us in who was lovely with curly reddish hair). Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing.

Cons:

The only tiny things I can think of were the cold water taps didn’t get very cold and sometimes the sink taps would turn themselves off when you were washing your face or something if they weren’t on full blast.

Gorgeous.
Pros:

The interior design, from the lobby to the bathroom taps, is exceptional. Small touches like delivery of cold sparkling water to your room each day around 5pm add a touch of special. The cafe in the foyer serves delicious breakfasts. I love this hotel. The hotel staff were so welcoming and kind; we felt very comfortable and at home there.

Cons:

The cost! We are a single income family living in regional NSW and the cost per night is almost prohibitive for us. Can you have special deals for loyal customers?

Industrial Chic experience in Sydney
Pros:

An amazing unconventional boutique hotel .. Fantastically restored buiding . Very clean, impeccable bedding, room with a lovely terrace,
We went to Manly beach and could use the beach towels placed a beach bag we found in the room . What attention !
Nice staff, delicious breakfast .

Cons:

No specific place in front of the hotel to load and unload the luggage. Very inconvenient
No view from the room ( client should be informed).

Fantastic hotel, great location.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is a great size, well stocked and very quiet, especially considering the location!
Having the amazing Coffee Project downstairs and AP Bakery on the rooftop was a massive bonus!
