I was very happy with the staff through my stay, in particular the restaurant team approached me and offered to prepare different food for my children than the one offered, as they prefer simple/plain meals.
Their willingness to accommodate us was greatly appreciated.
A minor detail but for an all inclusive i would prefer to be provided sealed bottles of water to the room (in addition to the complementary one), rather than having to fill the existing bottle.

Сначала заселились в номер с двумя комнатами, но он оказался совсем старым и с запахом в санузле, плюс был сильный шум с улицы из бара внизу.
Очень много шумных пенсионеров китайцев.
Завтрак довольно скудный.
От моря далековато.
Все было чисто и аккуратно. Также был завтрак
Мусор не выносили, полотенца от бассейн можно получить один раз и сдать в день отъезда. При этом полотенца в номере меняют каждый день

The shower head splashed water all over the bathroom, leaving everything soaked. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. The jacuzzi had an excessively high chlorine level — the water foamed heavily, and the strong smell irritated my nose and eyes. I would not recommend using it if you have sensitive skin, as it caused noticeable irritation.
Breakfast was quite disappointing, and small flies were hovering around the juice dispensers. The rooms felt overwhelming rather than cozy. Additionally, the drinks and wine served at the bar were of poor quality.

Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, οι διάδρομοι, οι αποθηκευτικοί χώροι και τα δωμάτια καθαριότητας ήταν ανοικτά σε κοινή θέα. Το πάρκινγκ μικρό και άβολο, πρέπει να είσαι πολύ τυχερός για να βρείς χώρο, αλλοιώς στους γύρω δρόμους.
