Всичко ми хареса, даже и бирата ми отвориха. Малко беше скъпа, но след пътуване 20 часа бях щастлива с бирата.

Cons:

Бях там малко време и не мога да преценя дали нещо няма да ми хареса. може би една по ясна карта, че не е нужно такси от Терминал 4 до хотела.

The room was very big and spacious. Bathroom was big as well.

In my opinion if the hotel is connected to an INTERNATIONAL airport, staff should speak English. They should at least know basic communication in English. From what we understood from the check - in girl, we had breakfast only for ONE person?? (there were three of us) and then the other two should pay extra. Wifi also was basically non-existent. It only worked on one phone at a time, and even then it was so slow it was basically not possible to do any work or even watch Netflix. Considering this is a Hyatt property, I had high expectations that were not met.

Molto bello l'hotel, deludente il "customer service" del bar nella hall.
Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel comoda per tutti i nostri spostamenti.
Camere accoglienti, spaziose e pulite.

Cons:

Il personale del bar sotto era del tutto scortese e per nulla disponibile. In particolare la ragazza che seguiva il turno della sera.

No le doy el 10 simplemente por algunos detalles a mejorar.
Pros:

Es el lugar perfecto para descansar si haces una escala larga en el aeropuerto. El lugar está perfectamente equipado con amenities, y la habitación era cómoda y bonita. El baño especialmente, nos encantó. El desayuno Buffet muy completo. La chica de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

La limpieza se podia mejorar, el espejo del baño estaba lleno de salpicaduras, en el suelo había marcas de líquido secas y en el cabecero de la cama había unas manchas sospechosas. Me pareció raro que para un hotel tan lujoso, no tuvieran esto más controlado.
Las almohadas eran demasiado blandas, prácticamente era como no tener almohada, y el sofá cama un poco incómodo.
