Wonderful staff, good food, location and clean
First night was hot, loud and had some mosquitoes in the room. However once we let staff know they gave us fan which cooled us off and drowned out some noise as well as added a plug in that eliminated the mosquitos

Rooms ordered in advance were not available on first night due to their mistake of allowing a guest to stay another night. I hate shifting rooms when you have travelled overseas and are there for 3 nights. Manager contacted by reception staff but did not upgrade until face to face meeting next morning. Toilet seats all loose, noise from neighbourhood dogs.
Tera and coffee making facilities in room BUT NO milk, not even powder sachets. What hotel does that !?
Last night asked coffee bar for small glass of milk to take to room to make tea. Then got faced with a KES 400 bill for this milk. I refused to pay, the manager sent a person to collect the milk from room in order to waive the charge. What an insult and ridiculous act after all the issues we had. He did upgrade the room, as the description and images of the rooms booked on Booking.com did not match the rooms we were first allocated and reserved.
Evening buffet was only available on first night, BUT that also applied for two mornings breakfast. Were told it was à la carte breakfast but never shown the menu until 2nd breakfast.
The issues are too many in this hotel, whilst ground staff were sympathetic the manager did not respond sensibly other than giving us a room upgrade to that seen on your site. In discussion, having had the staff accept responsibility for the rooms when telling the manager it was insulting to charge for the milk ( same price had I ordered a coffee) sent some fruit up to the room. This guy has no customer service skills and is obviously frightened of his higher management or has inadequate experience/training to handle matters on his own.
Located in quiet neighborhood but located in close proximity to all amenities
The entrance lobby is pretty unassuming. A bit of interior decor will make it more inviting

Side telephone flashed a blue light all night , interrupting REM. they should reprogramme if possible to make phones not flash blue light.
The hotel met our expectations. The staff was warm and the little Christmas gifts on Christmas day was definitely a pleasant surprise

The food preparation time in restaurant after ordering is approximately 1 hour.
The noise in the Hotel is very loud when they have any corporate events.
Noise from neighbouring on loude speaker is also disturbing.
Otherwise it’s an excellent property.
