Needs a lot of renovation

Location was fantastic

Cons:

Very old , one of the beds and the main table was broken, insects in the toilet, not very clean. Also the workers were not able to speak Spanish…

Location was excellent, view was amazing. The apartment was ok. It was clean but needs updating.

Location was perfect, view from the apartment was incredible. The apartment itself was ok pretty dated

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds with only a single sheet for cover. Requested extra covers at reception and were told that the cleaning lady wasn’t on. In fairness, she called to let us know that duvets and clean towels would be left at reception. We had a three bed apartment fur two couples. Had to request a second key, but then the hotel cleaner had no key to access the apartment to clean and refresh towels. No fault if the staff they were very helpful. The pool wasn’t clean either, a lot of dead insects, low water level.

Muy buenas vistas, pero todo es mejorable !

Las vistas son muy buenas, aunque el edificio amarillo que tienen enfrente está viejo y las estropea por lo menos desde mi habitación en el tercero el número 31. El bar de abajo está muy bien la comida está muy muy buena y las vistas están muy bien. Las camareras no hablan casi español.

Cons:

El aire no funcionaba bien no tenía suficiente fuerza y en una de las habitaciones no iba. La terraza estaba muy sucia y es peligrosa para ir con niños pequeños es muy peligrosa. El señor de la entrada fuma ahí mismo en la la garita y es muy desagradable entrar huele mucho a tabaco y con niños …

Staff were great. Apartment was as described.

Cons:

Not a great location if any of your party has mobility issues. But great if they don’t. It’s a bit of a hill and a flight of stairs away from the beach.

The place has an amazing potential, but some basic things ruin the experience. I’d stay again only if the price was lowe
Pros:

The biggest plus of this place is definitely the view and the long balcony. Both from the living room and from one of the bedrooms the view was outstanding. The location was great, as well - initially we were worried it was going to be really uphill, but it’s nothing critical. Closest beach is only a few minutes away, Carrefour is less than 10mins away, so is the closest bus stop.

Cons:

Cleanliness. I can’t say the apartment was dirty per se, more like hygiene not maintained properly. The sofa had huge dirt/sauce spots on it, so did the floor in some places and the curtains. The originally planned “enjoying the view from the couch” went out the window, as we didn’t even want to touch it. This honestly made us question the hygiene of the place.
Beds. All the beds were squeaky, the mattress was extremely soft - if you laid on your back you woke up feeling like a shrimp, you were so bent.
Hospitality. It was stated somewhere that the hotel has 24hour reception - it is either not the case or the employees were hiding from us. We only saw two employees during check-in and not a single one throughout our stay. We were barely informed about anything besides the location of our apartment when we were handed the keys. No information about check out, option for in house breakfast or the pool.

Great family holiday but we had to overlook negatives in apartment standard
Pros:

We loved the location and views from the apartment.

Cons:

The apartment needs to be updated- the bathrooms were not up to standard or the terrace furniture. It was expensive for a week and needs investment
