Pros:

c'est un hotel très "curieux", qui a du être réaménagé récemment. Mais les chambres sont grandes et propres, et l'accueil est efficace et gentil. C'est très pratique pour un vol matinal à Zvarnotz, car c'est vraiment tout près

Cons:

Обман во всем. Находится очень далеко от аэропорта, фото ни какого отношения не имеют к реальности. Заставили отменить бронирование на букинге, иначе не пустили бы. Прилетели ночью с ребенком. Разбираться времени не было.

Warm welcoming service
Pros:

My father had a truly exceptional experience at this small, family-run hotel. The young owner met him personally at the airport, helped with transport both ways, and even assisted him in getting oriented in Yerevan. My father was amazed by his warmth, hospitality, and genuine care. This was above and beyond any expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would give it a 10/10 without hesitation!

Cons:

Everything was great. I have nothing to mentioned. Just good luck.

Hotel very close to the airport, overly priced, yet with an amazing and dedicated host.
Pros:

Arman, a very helpful and responsive host, super punctual, available and kind.

Cons:

The price is off the charts considering the location and the type of facilities

Pros:

Замечательное место возле аэропорта. Чисто, тихо, отлично чтобы отдохнуть между перелетами. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечает. Трансфер из аэропорта и назад был включен. Рядом круглосуточный супермаркет и места где можно перекусить.

Наш опыт был просто замечательным.

Мы забронировали номер на одну ночь для нашей родственницы 75 лет, которая путешествовала одна через Ереван и говорит только по-русски. Естественно, мы очень переживали за неё.

Арман помог нам во всём: постоянно был на связи, встретил её в аэропорту с табличкой, помог с размещением, объяснил все необходимые детали и на следующий день вовремя организовал трансфер обратно в аэропорт.

Благодаря его внимательности, доброжелательности и ответственности мы были абсолютно спокойны и уверены, что всё пройдёт хорошо.

Особенно хочется отметить человеческое отношение и искреннее желание помочь. Такие люди встречаются нечасто.

От всей души рекомендуем этот отель и лично Армана. Если мы снова будем в Ереване, обязательно остановимся здесь.

Большое спасибо за помощь, заботу и прекрасное отношение!

Pros:

Очень заботливый хозяин !! Он решал все воаросы сразу и помагаг . Его гостеприимство перекрыло все неудобности проживания

Cons:

1. Отель на карте Букинг внутри аеропопта, по факту это 5-7 минул езды без пробок . Хозяин отвез нас. 2. И это самое ГЛАВНОЕ- в номерах нет окон. Номера - это внутренние помещения и для меня это было очень , очень дискомфортно. 3- очень неудобная кровать, пружины кровати давили и мы не спали всю ночь. Но в итоге дружелюбность хозяина скрасила наши неудобства.

Отель очень близко к аэропорту, по прилете встретили, так же отвезли обратно к вылету.
В отеле чисто, тихо, удобная кровать. Все что нужно для того, чтобы отдохнуть между рейсами. Рядом круглосуточный супермаркет, и несколько кафе, если нужно перекусить. Спасибо Арману за гостеприимство !
