Worst hotel experience ever – stinkybugs everywhere, broken facilities, unprofessional staff.
Cons:

We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star property.

One day before our arrival, we received a poorly written, highly unprofessional email requesting that we change our arrival date due to “flooding” in our room. By that time, however, we were already on our way to Croatia, as we had programs scheduled for that specific date. Interestingly, the hotel was still available on booking.com — but suddenly only at a much higher price than the one we had reserved three months in advance. When I pointed this out, the hotel “miraculously” found a free room for us.

Upon arrival, our relief quickly turned into shock. Our room was infested with stinkybugs. When I reported this to the reception, they moved us to another room — which was in exactly the same condition, also full of stinkybugs. The staff promised to treat the room while we were at dinner, but this never happened. Instead, when I complained again, they handed me an insect spray and told me to deal with it myself. Unsurprisingly, this was ineffective. After insisting further, I was given a homemade solution, which also did not work. At no point did they offer professional housekeeping support. On my third request, the receptionist simply shrugged and told me to throw the bugs into the toilet one by one. The infestation was severe: not one or two insects, but dozens covering the curtains and even the bed. This is absolutely disgusting, unacceptable, and intolerable in any hotel, let alone in a property advertising itself as 4 stars.

Beyond this major hygiene issue, there were additional problems:
• the toilet was not functioning properly,
• the shower drain was clogged and did not let the water out, only cold water in the shower
• the pool water was cold.

Whenever we raised these issues, the staff’s standard response was that “no other guest has complained,” therefore they considered everything fine.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr abgelegen, da wir aber mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war das einfach zu finden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und Mega gemütlich. Auch das Personal war sehr bemüht uns unseren kurzen Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder👌🏻

Skvělé ve všech ohledech.
Pros:

Naprosto vše bylo úžasné. Ke snídani jsme snad nikdy neměli lepší míchaná vejce než tady. K večeři doporučuji telecí medajlonky s jablečným podkladem. Majitel má krásného přátelského ovčáka.

Cons:

Není nic co by nevyhovovalo.
