Quiet and peaceful retreat in the cool mountains
Pros:

The location was very quiet and peaceful with the most beautiful views and gorgeous sunset. The room had everything we needed with a lovely bathroom with a shower and very comfortable beds. The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely ♥️

Cons:

The only negative was there was a lack of alcohol!
It was the quiet season but we couldn’t have any cocktails, or a G&T & they ran out of red wine on the Saturday night! Also there were also no sunbeds by the pool.

Overall, it is a good spot to stay. Comfy , quiet and cosy.
Pros:

The view
The weather, breeze

Cons:

Private pool less privacy, as there are gaps on the boundary partition. The plants do not cover in full, so passers by might be able to see through.

Rooms too dark. Need more lights.

Room is a bit to small when it is called junior suite.

The window curtain does not cover in full, so someone who is sneaking can peep thru the gaps. We had to put extra efforts to make the window fully covered.

In some area, precisely on the path intersection of Room S3 ( ours ) to the Spa downthere, need the handle bar or reilings. For sefety reasons, as guest could be at risk to slip or fall when they walk along. Some areas need to have the reiling due to steep path. To my opinion, those reilings are compulsory. Lucky if there are no issues of accidents so far.

Super hôtel, personnel très à l’écoute
Pros:

L’accueil par le staff et le service durant le séjour. Ils répondent positivement à chaque demande et essayent toujours de trouver une solution. La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne. Ils proposent de super activités et peuvent les ajuster si besoin.
La vue sur la vallée.

Cons:

La porte d’entrée de la suite fait un peu de bruit quand il y a du vent.

Pros:

Idyllic spot with such beautiful on site surroundings. It is a little far from most of the Munduk activities, but the hotel staff are super helpful at organising day trips for you, so don’t let that put you off!

Cons:

It’s not the hotel’s fault in the slightest, there’s just a lot of bugs around and not much to deter them from getting in the rooms

Pros:

Het uitzicht was fenomenaal! Een heerlijk rustig plek om bij te komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en wil je met alles helpen, echt fantastisch!

War ok aber nicht für das Geld
Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Zimmer war sehr schön.
Es gab eine Feuerstelle die Abends sehr gemütlich war.

Cons:

Es ist ein bisschen frisch und die Aussicht ist Abends bewölkt.
Die Einfahrt ist noch nicht fertig sodas man seinen Koffer 300 Meter runter tragen muss.
Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig das man alles hört was der Nachbar macht.
Preise sind sehr hoch

L'hôtel est loin de tout. Il faut avoir un chauffeur ou un scooter pour pouvoir se déplacer.
