Pros:

Location - just off one of the main streets, shops and restaurants close by, museums and opera just across the road

Peaceful - despite the central location, the flat is very quiet

The host, Dali, is amazing!!! She is very kind, helpful, and very responsive. One of the best hosts I have ever encountered while travelling.

An excellent appartment in the heart of rustaveli. The host was amazing and very attentive! Everything was super clean! Loved the hall balcony where you could relax and drink.

Cons:

Lack of an elevator. The appartment is on the last floor.

We liked everything. The location is great, you go straight to the main street, there are restaurants, shops, etc. around. It was hot but the air conditioner worked great. The owner of the house is very welcoming, answered all questions quickly and accurately, full instructions on how to get there, where to find the key, etc. The price-quality ratio is ideal! The house is clean, pleasant, all the amenities for living were there.

Cons:

I would say that there were no downsides, only that the house is on the top floor (3rd floor), we had no problems, but a family with a child and elderly people might be a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location is central and the host is amazing. The house is furnished very well and has all the amenities. It was comfortable overall and right on the Main Street.

The house is safe, clean and central. Dali is a perfect host.
Pros:

The house is very safe and centrally located. You can reach all touristic places by walking. Also the host Dali is very helpful. Dali was very flexible with us. I definitely recommend it.
