Excellent hotel with beautiful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in an awesome location, very central, right across the bridge from the old market and one the same side as the night market, easy walking to Pub Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and great sized bathroom. The in house massage was wonderful. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. There is a supermarket next door and also a laundry service so you have everything you need. My room was at the front and it was a little noisy with traffic and the Hard Rock Cafe with its nightly band was super loud but it finished at 10/11pm and I just used ear plugs so didn't bother me.

Pros:

Great location it is so close to everything.. staff are wonderful they are so helpful and always greet you with a smile

Cons:

Sadly as noted in other reviews the awful music from The Hard Rock Cafe can be heard in the room. But if you aren't in bed before 11.30pm then it's no problem as that is when it stops and otherwise room is quiet .

Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Close access to pub street (short walk) and easy access for tours etc. staff were lovely. Room was comfortable and clean, great shower and bath. Pool was convenient for a cool off after a hot day of sight seeing.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t working, but it was replaced once we brought it to staff attention.

Staff was amazing. Convenient location. Near to tourist zone as well as hipster restaurants.

Cons:

Pillows are hard. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe across the street was unbearable. Not their fault but….. painful to have to endure.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Pub Street

Cons:

City view? No. White wall view. We must have got the worst room in the place. Right next door to cleaners store cupboard. So woken up early with them filling up their trollies. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe near by . Some screaming woman murdering songs until midnight. The hotel description doesn't tell you there is no lift. So have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Receptionist who couldn't look you in the eye when we booked in. Never again.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

A bit noisy from the Hards Rock cafe loud music near by, but at midnight it stops. So if you are early bird this could be a bit disturbing.

オールドマーケットやエアポートバスステーションに近い。
スタッフが警備員さん含めてみんなとても親切でいつも笑顔。
部屋は綺麗で掃除も行き届いてました。

Cons:

近くにハードロックカフェというお店があって、夜19時頃から遅くまでずっと音楽が聞こえてきます。

Pros:

Room overlooking road.
Staff, especially James, and the girls were fantastic, too good for this hotel.

Cons:

All the other rooms have a no view at all, it feels like your in a jail cell.
Totally disappointed and depressing
Don't stop hear if you like a quiet night's sleep, the stupid hard rick cafe played silly music. That load it vibrated through the rooms until about 2am.
Don't stay here.
