Very happy with hotel, simple breakfast, no lift. Hope I get the opportunity to stay here again. Great staff!
Cons:

No lift, but only two floors. Walking two flights of steps or room. Otherwise terrific place to stay.

Great location, nice pool . Just too much noise
Pros:

Its location to the markets, pub street, local eateries, supermarkets. It had everything we needed

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise from the Hard Rock Cafe and the Street noise. I would strongly recommend you double glaze the windows in the front rooms

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale e struttura ben tenuta. Carina, anche se piccola, la piscina. Staff non molto efficiente ma sicuramente gentilissimo.

Cons:

La colazione non molto curata, ma eravamo in bassa stagione, quindi scusabile per la scarsa presenza di ospiti. Lo staff, pur gentile, non era molto organizzato , soprattutto la mattina presto.

Fantastic! Glad we gave up our last hotel and moved to this one!
Pros:

Love the location; it was close to the markets, drinks & food, restaurants, pub street and nightlife, and Hard Rock was a short stroll across the road. The pool was great, and the staff were amazing!

Cons:

Due to its proximity to Hard Rock, which played quite loud music, it was rather loud til about 11pm, but apart from that, the rooms were great. We didn't mind it so much, as we ended up having drinks there at night anyway. It wasn't a problem for my 13-year-old son either; he slept right through it.

Great location and great staff.
Pros:

Location to cbd was brilliant. Easy 2 min walk to town and markets.
Mini mart almost next door. Lots of restaurants close by.
Swimming pool was half size but we loved it.
All the staff were great. Very attentive.

Cons:

A fair bit of noise at night from the band at Hard Rock Cafe across the street.
Out initial room had poor air-conditioning but they upgraded us straight away.
Mini fridges keep drinks cool but not very cold. Can't adjust the temperature..

Excellent hotel with beautiful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in an awesome location, very central, right across the bridge from the old market and one the same side as the night market, easy walking to Pub Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and great sized bathroom. The in house massage was wonderful. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. There is a supermarket next door and also a laundry service so you have everything you need. My room was at the front and it was a little noisy with traffic and the Hard Rock Cafe with its nightly band was super loud but it finished at 10/11pm and I just used ear plugs so didn't bother me.
