Pros:

Hanno il serbatoio d'acqua per riempire le proprie bottiglie.
Posizione buona, giusto un paio di passi dal meetingpoint "i love peten".

Cons:

Non c'è acqua calda per farsi la doccia.
Fuori le camere ci sono i motori dei climatizzatori che vanno tutta la notte, rendendo difficile dormire.
Accetta solo pagamenti in Quetzal contanti, se si chiede di pagare in USD gonfiano il prezzo (non è una questione di "valuta" ma di "quanto mi dai").

Pros:

I absolutely loved the place. For many reasons. First of all, the host, Gladys, is the sweetest lady ever. Kind, more than friendly, helpful, felt like family. Then the location was also great; everything you can possibly need is within max 5' walking distance. The place had everything you can think of. A shared kitchen, but also its own kitchenette inside the room with a fridge, stove, etc. Free fresh water. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Working AC. The balcony was nice too. I will come back to Flores/Peten for sure and stay at Gladys' beautiful place again next time.

Pros:

Gladys was so accommodating and lovely. We arrived early in the morning and she allowed us to check in early. We did Tikal sunrise the next day and allowed us to leave our bags until the afternoon. Room was clean. It was a quiet place, perfect for us, and great value! 100% recommend! Thank you Gladys.

Decent stay
Pros:

Easy to find and friendly owner.

Cons:

It was so hot in the room. The room was on the lower floor so no breeze was blowing through the windows, so always turned on the ceiling fan. The toilet is very low for some reason, so was uncomfortable to use.

Nice for a shortstop if you want to explore Flores
Pros:

- good working AC
- comfy beds
- little kitchen for cooking and making tea/coffee
- everything was clean
- good location at Flores
-small balconies

Cons:

- you really have to pay attention while showering…. my boyfriend got an electro shock because touching the shower head (this has to be fixed!!)

위치는 나쁘지 않음

Cons:

에어컨이 없어서 매우 더웠고 할머니가 응대해 줬는데 말이 통하지 않음. 청결도도 나빴고 그 전날 머물렀던 호텔보다 시설이나 청결도는 한참 떨어졌는데도 불구하고 가격은 더 비싸서 가성비가 나쁨. 단독방을 이용했는데 수준이 거의 도미토리였음.

Cons:

О, это самое тихое место во всей Гватемале, я отлично отдохнула. Прекрасное местоположение близко ко всему. И миникухня как оказалось - очень удобно. Все мелочи для путешественников предусмотрены, в том числе аптечка первой помощи, которой к сожалению, мне пришлось воспользоваться. Да, жарко, но с вентилятором вполне приемлемо. Очень советую это место.
