You can’t trust they you will get what you booked

Drinking water provided and the kitchen was useful to store cold drinks that I could then use to cool myself at night.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room with aircon. On arrival, I paid the cost of a deluxe room with aircon but was shown to a standard room with a fan only. It was 35 degrees. When I questioned this, I got the message that they didn’t have aircon, yet I could clearly see two rooms with air con units. Because I asked, they did refund 50Q. It was the worst night - hot, sticky, noisy and frustrating because I planned for this. My belief is that because we were only staying one night, the room we booked was given to someone else staying longer. This is dishonest.

Pros:

Gladys is a sweetheart and all the staff are wonderful its like a little family. Room was incredibly clean. It was quiet everyone shut down early for the night.

Die Lage ist super. Auch wenn es direkt an einer kleinen Straße liegt, ist es relativ ruhig. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Balkon. War geräumig und schön ausgestattet. Es gibt eine kleine Küche dort zur Nutzung und jederzeit Trinkwasser. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.Die Insel Flores ist wirklich bezaubernd!! Schön idyllisch mit kleinen bunten Gassen. Lohnt sich sehr da zu nächtigen für ein paar Tage.vTour zum Tikal auch kein Problem.

Me sentí como en mi propia casa

La cercanía de Doña Gladys y su familia, te hacen sentirte como parte de la familia desde el minuto 1, y en las instalaciones te notas en casa. Te ofrecen toallas gratuitas (no muy común en Guatemala) y consejos de restaurantes locales buenísimos! La cama cómoda, aire acondicionado, terraza, sitio donde lavar tu ropa a mano, y el lugar es muy céntrico.

The hotel has a great location on Flores Island, very close to the central square, the main infrastructure, and the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property feels very outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were not clean, there was mold on the walls, and there was no hot water. There was also a strong smell of chlorine throughout the space.

Boa localização e quarto muito bem limpo

Cons:

Aqui no booking anunciam o check in a partir das 10hs mas é mentira. Até mandei mensagem a confirmar que iria chegar a esta hora e aceitaram mas na realidade tive de esperar até as 12h30 porque não havia nenhum quarto pronto.
Fogão do quarto não funciona e na cozinha coletiva não havia gás durante os dias que estive.

Pros:

Gladys & her husband are just lovely! They will help you with anything if needed! Sorted me out with a contact/taxi to get from the airport which was easy.

Location is excellent, the ac works and the shower has hot water if needed.
