Great hotel with great staff and nice facilities
Pros:

Great staff throughout! Clean hotel top to bottom. Nice rooms and common areas. Nice hot tubs,sauna and pool (cool this time of year but open) and elevator. Good location. Street parking was easy and inexpensive (payment only required during week days). Restaurants and cafes easy walking distance. Able to drive right to front door to deposit luggage even though in a restricted zone. Excellent breakfast.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est
Pros:

- L'emplacement et le bâtiment sont idéals.
- Beacoup de détails et la petite cour intérieure est magnfique.
- Lits confortables.

Cons:

- Petit déjeuner pas bon (les gateaux/viennoiseries sont les mêmes depuis 4 jours).
- 8EUR pour un paquet de chips dans le mini bar et 17EUR le Gin Tonic
- 20EUR pour la place de parking alors que la rue d'à côté c'est gratuit.

Passez votre chemin, pour le même prix juste à côté vous avez l'hôtel Torrel Tera Brava qui est d'un standing nettement supérieur.

O melhor da ilha Terceira!
Pros:

As instalações do hotel são excelentes, de fato um hotel boutique. Não espere multidões ou muitos hóspedes. O ambiente é intimista e elegante. As acomodações são confortáveis e extremamente limpas. Os funcionários impecáveis, prestativos e super profissionais. O pequeno-almoço foi um dos pontos altos da viagem, servido em uma elegante sala no piso térreo. Existem diversas opções de alimentos locais, frutas, frios, pães, sumos e afins. Todos muito bem apresentados e de qualidade superior. Toda a louça utilizada no hotel é de extremo bom gosto produzida especialmente pela Vista Alegre, o que dispensa mais apresentações.
O ginásio é pequeno porém atende a demanda do hotel. O mesmo também dispõe de banho turco, sauna, jacuzzi e piscina exterior. Mesmo sendo inverno foi possível aproveitar toda a estrutura a disposição. O hotel também dispões de uma bela sala de convivência no primeiro piso, ambiente bem decorado e cheio de história. O hotel, mesmo sendo situado dentro de um prédio historico está todo novo e reformado. Nas camas haviam 3 opções de travesseiros de tamanhos e ternuras variaveis atendendo a todos os gostos. Em fim, este realmente foi um hotel 5 estrelas!
