What a wonderful way to end a two-week trip to the Azores. My friend and I loved the welcome, our room upgrade, and a delicious breakfast with real coffee. On our last afternoon, we were lucky enough to have the spa area to ourselves and relax next to the pool in the sun. Our evening meal at Tascas Das Tias was delicious too.
A later flight on the day we left would have been awesome - we didn't want to leave! I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Great location in the centre yet very quiet. We paid for parking at the hotel’s spot which is on the street and were glad we did as parking is not always easy to find. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The little spa area with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were very nice.

The atmosphere, the place was elegant, the people made it so pleasant and they were so helpful through our stay. Overall one of our best traveling experiences.
