Excelente
Pros:

Very clean with a great breakfast and location, but the chandeliers have to go.
Pros:

All of the staff were wonderful. Carlos and Joanna at the front desk, in particular, were helpful and pleasant. Both the common areas and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was exceptional…lots of options made to order.

Cons:

The standard room was very small, to the point where we felt we needed to pay for an upgrade. Both rooms had oversized chandeliers with hanging crystals that were hung low over the bed, which were awkward and a potential safety hazard.

Pros:

The staff is super nice and helpful with anything that comes up. The location is not bad as well. The room is very clean and organized

Cons:

Parking had some issues. Sometimes the parking spot was taken and we had to wait/park in front of the hotel until the car moved. The staff were super helpful regarding it though
