Best Accommodation in Terceira!
Pros:

This place was incredible. All of the front desk staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to be accommodating.

Such a shame someone is not there to get the details right. A well appointed hotel in a good position

Cons:

We were in a junior suite. Nowhere in the bathroom for toiletries; toothbrush and toothpaste etc etc.
Despite lots of room no dressing table for skin routine and adjacent plug socket to do your hair.
I felt that the lay out of the space had not been designed with guests ease of use in mind; Not enough hanging space, one wardrobe couldn’t be used as one door blocked by bedside table.
Lots of tacky silk peonies everywhere!
Breakfast served from 7.30 until 11 but not replenished regularly. I had to ask for yoghurt to be refilled. Hot breakfast looked very sorry for itself being kept warm indefinitely.
I loved the position and general style of the hotel but the little details had been missed; such a shame as it could be outstanding!
However the staff, in the main, were very helpful.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Les petits déjeuners sont royaux, les équipements au top, la décoration raffinée. Il n’y a pas de meilleur séjour sur l’île de Terceira.

Um hotel com muito charme
Pros:

Gostei do ambiente acolhedor.
Embora a decoração não seja o meu estilo, está está muito cuidada e com muitos pormenores que me agradaram.

Cons:

Só não gostei que me tivessem cobrado 2€ pelo enchimento da garrafa de água que está no quarto com água da torneira filtrada. Caiu muito mal.

FANTÁSTICA!
Pros:

El hotel en general muy bonito estilo s XVIII, la habitación muy bien, quizá podría ser un poquito más grande, el desayuno muy bueno, en el área de gym piscina, jacuzzi y sauna seca y húmeda. El personal muy amable y atento, en particular Fabio nuestro amigo siciliano en Azores, siempre atento, dispuesto a ayudar y a aconsejar. La ubicación excelente, en el centro de Angra do Heroísmo. MUY BUEN HOTEL Y TODAVÍA MEJOR EL PERSONAL.
