Szép szoba, kellemes környezetben, csendes, de mégis központi elhelyezkedéssel. Reggeli finom volt, bár nem volt változatos a frissen készülő meleg fogásokat leszámítva. Wellness részlegben való pihenés jól esett. Jó hőfok a szobában.

Cons:

Wellness részlegben lehetne egy hidegvizes merülőkád, valamint egy ivókút a folyadékpótlás érdekében. Picit változatosabb reggeli opciók lehetnének.

Gostaria de partilhar o meu feedback positivo em relação à nossa estadia.
Adorámos o atendimento, sendo que a Joana e o Fábio fizeram toda a diferença. O espaço está muito bem decorado e nota-se que é extremamente bem cuidado. Além disso, o pequeno-almoço é muito bom e oferece uma excelente variedade.
Ficamos com uma nota muito positiva da experiência.

Cons:

Notei que o quarto e as toalhas apresentavam um ligeiro odor a humidade. No entanto, gostaria de agradecer a prontidão com que as toalhas foram trocadas após o meu pedido.
Relativamente ao Spa, notei a ausência de água ou chá para hidratação à saída da sauna, o que considero ser um ponto importante para o conforto dos clientes.
Espero que estas observações sejam úteis para a melhoria dos vossos serviços.

5 stars hotel. Excellent place, service, and location. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there very much. Best sauna and Turkish baths in Portugal. Wish to come back.

Hotel przewyższył nasze oczekiwania zarówno jeśli chodzi o estetykę (pięknie zachowane oryginalne elementy budynku, świetnie wpasowane nowe dekoracje, wszystko współgra stylem). Śniadanie było przepyszne, obsługa zadbała o każdy detal i zapewniła zakwaterowanie w prześlicznym pokoju, z wyjściem na taras, gdzie znajdował się basen i zejście do spa. Dodatkowo przywitały nas lokalne ciasteczka, a wspaniały pań z obsługi podzielił się przepisem na nie (pozdrawiamy, nie zwróciliśmy uwagi na imię!). Niestety zostaliśmy tylko jedną noc, na pewno wrócimy
