Very helpful and kind staff.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was good, close to the Landour bazaar and fine for going up to Lal tibba etc.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been better. It stank of urin, probably coming from the outside, because it seemed fairly clean. Also, the light in the corridor shone in through the window at night, it would have been better if it had been turned off.

Pleasant Experience at Oakland Landour
Pros:

The Location was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. A nice small walk to Woodstock School and the market area. It's 1KM steep hike to Chardukan, so better to hire a Scooty to move around. They have a restaurant near by but should have one at the Hotel. Breakfast can be included. There is a nice cafe LaTavola nearby where you can order food from. They deliver in your room and come with a QR code through which you can pay.

Cons:

There is no elevator, so staying at the bottom floors will be difficult to climb up and down. some rooms are smaller.

Behaviour of the staff matters a lot and if it is good then it covers deficiencies. Here they exceed and no doubt on that.
